The resort has a HEATED POOL, hot tub, fitness center, and fishing dock! The condo is right across from a boat ramp and is only 6 minutes from Madeira Beach & all its restaurants! The resort is also next to Pinellas Trail, a gorgeous 38 mile hiking/biking trail. Resort is PET FRIENDLY (Max 2)!

The Space:
Both a signed rental agreement and credit card authorization & incidentals agreement are required to check-in.

Our luxuriously designed 506 Sq Ft, one bed, one bath oceanside condo is just a stones throw from the beautiful blue water of Boca Ciega Bay. The sunrise, sunsets, dolphins & birds you can watch all from your large & private balcony sitting right over the water!

Every inch of this condo has been professionally designed & furnished, with sea-inspired artwork on the walls and tables. The entire unit is hardwood. The entrance hall leads right into the open layout living area with a very large & comfy L-shaped sofa facing a wall-mounted flat screen TV w/ ALL the viewing channels! The living area gets PLENTY OF NATURAL SUNLIGHT from the sliding glass doors leading to the balcony, and will make for a killer view while you and your family hangout, relax, or cook dinner in our FULL kitchen (stocked with all the necessities!).

The bedroom is perfectly cozy & welcoming w/ a large Master KING BED, a full closet & dresser for storage, a flat screen TV for late night movies, and it's own panoramic tropical view! Right next to the bedroom is the Master Bath with a beautiful vanity and shower.

The entire condo receives a PREMIUM 5-STAR CLEANING after every single stay to make sure that our guests find their rental in a safe and high quality condition! This includes sanitizing every square inch (handles, counters, cabinets, fridge, bathroom), vacuuming and mopping every area of the unit, restocking and cleaning the entire kitchen & bathroom, washing & changing all towels / sheets / linens, and then having another member review the cleaning to make sure it's up to standards.

There is FREE WIFI & FREE PARKING for all of our guests, and the unit is PET FRIENDLY (a max of 2 pets)!

Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 8PM. Outside of normal business hours we have a support staff that is trained to answer basic questions, provide rudimentary instructions, and offer suggestions. If there's an immediate safety concern or possibility of serious damage to the property, we ask that you notify us through the chat and one of our managers will reach out to you as soon as possible.

As a reminder, the toiletries, soaps, and towels provided are a starter set. We cannot guarantee additional supplies during your stay. If you are in need of additional supplies, please request them in the chat and we will do our best to get them to you as soon as possible. For towels and linens, we generally do not provide extras UNLESS your rental does not have access to a washer/dryer in unit or on site, and your stay is longer than 3 days. If that's the case, please reach out after day 3 and we'll do our best to get extra towels or linens to you either same day or the next business day.

Please review rental rules and restrictions regarding amenities. Guests have access to the entire Boca Ciega Resort & amenities including:

The Neighborhood:
Very safe & plenty of things to do! Lots of bars & restaurants, entertainment, and outdoor activities! Got a boat? Marina is right next door with a boat ramp!

Getting Around:
Plenty of stuff is within walking distance! Anything that isn't is no more than a 5-10 minute drive. Free parking on site! Please reach out if you need any ideas or recommendations!

* Please note, we do not allow any early check-ins or late check-outs. This is to allow our cleaning team adequate time to enter and thoroughly prepare every unit to our 5-star standard. PET POLICY - Please note, this is a pet friendly rental with a $100 per stay fee. We allow up to 2 dogs (unless directly permitted). Guests need to add both pets to their reservation in advance. If you do not add a pet to the reservation you will not be allowed to have a pet at the rental. Guests need to pick up after their pets inside the rental and outside the rental. If the dogs goes to the bathroom, please clean that up. When outside the rental unit, pets need to be leashed and accompanied by their owner UNLESS you have a private, fenced in backyard. We love pets, but we need to make sure all guests are safe and the properties quality is not compromised.

As a partner of Safely Vacation Rental Insurance, all our guests are covered for up to $1,500 in contents and/or dwelling damages. While required, it's only a small nightly fee of $8 for peace of mind and extra protection so you can truly sit back and relax!
