This condo is immaculate and beautifully furnished. The grounds are landscaped with Hawaiian plant material and it's a joy to walk around the area. The condo has overhead fans in every room and A/C units in the bedroom and living area - making it very comfortable inside. No problems with a damp or moldy feel inside - as is true of some places I have stayed on Kauai. A very quiet and serene place to stay - I enjoyed every minute. It would be 100% perfect if the swimming beach was a bit more ideal. No problem - a short drive north to Anini and perfect swimming. I will definitely return and recommend this unit to my friends.

We loved staying at this condo! The ocean view was the best! Location is perfect in Kapaa as it is close to the North and South side of the island. The bed was comfortable! Loved spending time at the pool and beachfront! We will be back! Thank you

Fabulous condo, the view is outstanding with a beach just steps away after crossing a manicured lawn with tropical plants. Deco very very nice with everything we needed indoors and out. Great bed, many thoughtful touch’s, hairdryers, flatiron, spices, charging stations, and even beach hats. Hard to leave such a beautiful spot.

Our trip to Kauai was amazing and our home away from home was perfect! We had no need to reach out to the owners because the condo was exactly as described with no problems at all.The location couldn’t have been any better - 2nd floor looking directly out at the ocean.Sitting on the lanai, watching the ocean and listening to the waves was all that we had hoped for. It’s the perfect spot for rest and relaxation and we highly recommend this VRBO unit

The view from the condo was fantastic. The grounds are meticulous. The bed was super comfortable. Just know there is only A/C in the bedroom. Washer and dryer are outside and you have to pay for to use them. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we ever come back.

Very well outfitted. The hosts have provided various board games and novels. The kitchen is completely outfitted with gadgets and a nice supply of spices and such. Wonderful view and the grounds have variety of plants. Take a slow walk around to see them all. Close to a few restaurants and shops and a farmers market.

My wife and I were celebrating our 38th wedding anniversary and we couldn’t have had better accommodations. This condo had everything you could want from kitchen amenities to the beach just yards away. Fantastic restaurants only minutes away. We would recommend this condo 100%.
