Villa Encanto is truly a magical place located on the north end of Sayulita in the gated community of Colina La Iguana. The Villa features spectacular views, privacy and easy access to town via walking or golf cart. This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home can accommodate 8-10 guests. Comfortable outdoor spaces including the pool area and a roof top deck allow guests plenty of spaces to relax and enjoy. A full concierge service is offered with this Villa to assist with airport transportation, chef services, golf cart rentals and local activities. Additional amenities include a modern kitchen, heated pool, filtered water, private patios for each bedroom and private, covered parking for 2 vehicles. All bedrooms are in suite. Three bedrooms have king size beds and the fourth room as both a queen and matrimonial bed. This home has 4 levels, connected by stairs. The lower level is the pool, outdoor dining and kitchen. The second level contains the living room and one master bedroom. The third level contains 3 bedrooms. The upper level is reserved for the roof deck and has plenty of seating and a hammock.

The house is oriented towards the beautiful ocean view. We loved gathering on the decks and never tired of looking out over the ocean… watching for whale activity.

The views are amazing! The host and staff is completely above and beyond! Any issue was fixed promptly and with the upmost attention. Our family is 6 loved the location and the house. It has everything you need. Rent golf carts! The hill is a big one. The host and staff did a great job making sure the carts were arranged and on location upon arrival. Then they also came and picked them up. No need to hassle with figuring it out yourself.

Overall excellent property, pretty, clean, great pool and views. Great communication. Would recommend and stay again. Shampoo and conditioner is provided, every room has AC and they have a speaker. One downside you have to be aware of is that the road up to the property isn’t paved so during rainstorms, it’s kind of washed out and very difficult/impossible to get in and out of town. I’d highly recommend renting golf carts if staying here. It’s easy to do in town or through the owners. Overall this was a great stay.

Family Vacation

This property has 4 levels, and guarantees beautiful views and living spaces from each of them. Property managers were very very responsive and helpful. Definately recommend renting a golf cart vs a car for Sayulita!

Amazing VRBO Rental

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO rental in Sayulita! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do, yet peaceful and relaxing. The property was spotless and had more than enough space for our group of nine, including both teenagers and adults. The views of the town and ocean were absolutely stunning! We felt very safe and secure in the gated community. I would definitely return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great getaway.

Beautiful, safe, spacious home in Sayulita with amazing support

We had a wonderful Christmas/New Year's week in Sayulita and loved the house. We absolutely loved Esteban, the property manager. He was completely accessible and responsive throughout our entire stay, and answered so many questions about the house, the golf carts he helped us to rent, and Sayulita. The house itself was extremely comfortable and spacious, just as the photos show. We would for sure rent this house again, we loved it!

Amazing stay!

Our extended family of 8 had a wonderful time in Sayulita and loved staying in this beautiful house with an amazing view (bring binoculars to see whales!) We were 4 adults, 3 teens and one senior. The heated pool was a big hit (pack some floats!) We rented two golf carts which I highly recommend. They made getting around so much fun! We left our rental car at the bottom of the hill near the gate because it could not make it up the hill to the house. We saw other cars having trouble getting up the hill too. It's a very short walk from the gate to the house so this was not a problem but it's probably easier to pay for the airport transportation. Our hosts were very accommodating and there was a lovely housekeeper who came every day. So many great places to eat. Our favorite spot for breakfast was the Choco Banana. We loved the frozen bananas. I also recommend the eco jungle hike tour. We booked this through Viator. I don't recommend the main beach. We were approached every two minutes by people selling items. It was difficult to relax.We were not there long enough to find another beach but our tour guide said there are better beaches in the area. We would definitely go back!

Ladies Beach Trip

Overall beautiful home, LOTS of room for sleeping, dining and chilling by the pool. The pool was smaller than expected but we hit the beach everyday so wasn't a major issue. The rooms are beautiful, spacious showers, closet space and fantastic views from all rooms except the double queen bed room. The VIEWS were just incredible!!! The kitchen is separate from the main house which worked out really well. Water filtration system throughout the entire house was very much appreciated. If you like to walk, this place is for you, if not would suggest to get something closer in town. The walk down into town ok but have to climb back up the hill which is steep, rocky and can be treacherous if you dont have right shoes or some fitness. Golf cart rental an option but highly not recommended to take up steep hills. The hostess was fantastic when communicating before the trip. When we got to the home, we were introduced to local property manager and it didnt quite click that any issues/questions we had during our stay should have been communicated to her or Esteban, who are both super fantastic. While the home booklet states this, we didn't clearly understood this before we got there which would have helpful so i would not have bothered the hostess, who was still supportive and helpful.

Wedding weekend

This house is an excellent destination for family and friends. The rooms are good size with private locks. The pool and kitchen are great and the house has a great view of the ocean. The only issue is if you have trouble with stairs there are way too many.

Villa Encanto

This villa really does have a great location away from town and with fantastic views. We enjoyed our stay and made good use of all the facilities in the villa, including the barbecue deck. We always felt really safe too since it is in a gated community.

Amazing view 💗

While parking is a little luck luster if you have more than one vehicle, and the plumbing is hit or miss, waking up every morning to that view makes everything worth it! The photos don't do it justice, truly breathtaking.

Wonderful family vacation

The home, pool, views and location were amazingly perfect for our family of 7. Francisco was super helpful and responsive. He arranged for us to have dinner cooked at the villa as well as procured transportation to/from the airport and had golf carts ready upon arrival. Would highly recommend! Sayulita is a gem!

This is a gorgeous house with an incredible view. The heated pool is very nice. The construction noise from the surrounding area is very loud and starts very early in the morning and goes until sunset.

Amazing property and House owner who cares

The property is beautiful. The views are amazing. Everyone loved the space and the beds are so comfortable. The location is perfect. Not in a noise area but so close to everything. We walked for food and the beach with ease. It is a great place for groups. I will say that the owner , Dan, stayed in contact with us. He just bought the property from the owner we initially booked with and they had some hiccups with the transfer but Dan worked with us to care for all our needs. My girlfriend was working from the house on a video call and the new mesh Dan installed made it so smooth. I love sayulita and would stay in Dans property here or elsewhere in the future. The only recommendation is another gate opener or keys.

Love this property for the tranquility, spectacular views, large gathering spots and enough room for the entire family. Hard to beat the close proximity to town, while still being in a secure location.

Views of the ocean and jungle from every room in the house. Only 5 minute walk to the beach, 15 minutes to the center of town. Home is very private.
