Our spacious apartment features a gourmet kitchen, 2 bedroom and 1bathroom, living/dining room, laundry room (with Ironing board and clothes iron). Our kitchen is fully equipped with quality kitchen utensils, plates, coffee maker, and many more items you will find useful. Our bedrooms are spacious and features large closet space. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, high quality white towels, body wash and shampoo.

Not only will you be able to enjoy upscale amenities, you’ll have every opportunity to explore multiple restaurants, shopping, bars and more as you you’re surrounding by the best Dallas has to offer.

9. I'm not responsible for any closures, unforeseen or planned, of any building amenities. Due to such closures, refunds will not be given. Please also note that pools may be seasonal and we are not responsible for any refunds due to pool closure or maintenance.
10. For a smooth check-in, fill in the pre-checkin form sent to you after confirming your reservation. This provides access to our guest app with detailed check-in instructions, a house manual and useful links. The form requires a $200 hold for damage deposit which is removed within 3 days after check-in

Cute & cozy spot for a getaway!

It was a very pleasant experience and the place was located at a perfect spot where we could leave our car and walk downtown. If we had to take the car, the valet was always readily available. Would highly recommend for a weekend getaway with friends or family.

Short stay in down town Dallas

The apartment was well appointed and in a good location. The apartment was large, and although there was only one bedroom the area for the second bed worked and provided privacy for famil members. Only negatives were that the area was a bit sketchy with lots of homeless people but I guess that is a feature of down down in most cities these days. This apartment was good value for a family of 3.

Best Downtown Vrbo

Really enjoyed our stay here as it was close to everything! The fact that valet parking was included was huge!

Gotta love the view

The property was easy to find and parking was a breeze with the included valet. Once we walked in the place was clean and smelled great, but the eye catcher was the view of downtown dallas. Alot of restaurants and night life within walking distance makes it easy to stay full and busy.

We are a small business operator that offers a personal touch, consistency, and professional customer service.
