Pack up the family and spend the day at historic Butler Beach; for a nominal fee you can even drive on the beach! Just a couple of miles north is Crescent Beach with plenty of options for dining and shopping with a view of the Atlantic Ocean. You don’t have to venture far from the condo to relax. The property at Point Matanzas B3 boasts a pool with plenty of lounge chairs. Kids can play tag on the green lawn while you stroll down the pier.

Upon arrival at Point Matanzas B3 you’ll find fresh linens and plenty of towels waiting for you. Downstairs, the roomy living room with plush seating is the perfect spot to relax.
