Velkommen til vores Roeder (St Augustine Beach, Ocean & Racquet Resort-et lukket omrüde) pü de smukke hvide strande i Anastasia Island, St. Augustine Beach, Florida. Vores godt anlagte, familieorienteret Condo er en stueetagen hjørne enhed. Du har nem adgang (kun et par skridt) til ejendommenes private gated boardwalks, der krydser klitterne fører til de uberørte ekspansive strande og den fantastiske Atlanterhavet! Nyd puljerne (en opvarmet) begge omkring 150 meter fra lejligheden, hot tubs (5 Jacuzzi-en er kun fü skridt vÌk), nyligt renoverede tÌndte tennisbaner og (snart) oplyste pickle ball baner, Bocce Ball domstol og en racquet boldbane. Tag din fiskestang for surf fiskeri og fiskeri i lille sø pü ejendommen.
Vi har nye porcelÌn gulve overalt plus en ny opvarmning / køling enhed, der er ekstra stille. Det store sovevÌrelse har en KING SIZE seng med nyligt ombygget privat badevÌrelse / step-in fliser bruser og stort fladskÌrms-tv. Vi har to enkeltsenge i gÌstesovevÌrelset og fladskÌrms-tv. Det fuldt udstyret køkken har granit bordplader, ismaskin køleskab, glat top rÌkkevidde og stor mikrobølgeovn. Stue har Smart fladskÌrms-tv, sofa, hvilestol og nye glasdøre, der übner op til en privat flisebelagt gürdhave. Gratis, hurtig / sikker internet er til rüdighed. Vi har en bÌrbar liste must-see attraktioner og menuer fra vores foretrukne restauranter.
Vi ligger kun fĂĽ minutter fra byen og mange attraktioner. VĂŚr sikker og tage en afslappet hestevogn tur omkring "gamle" St Augustine. GĂĽ ikke glip det 17. ĂĽrhundrede fort, Castillo de Marcos eller den historiske St. Augustine Lighthouse / Museum plus mange andre historiske sevĂŚrdigheder og attraktioner. St Augustine etableret i 1565 er den ĂŚldste by i USA. We love the location of this condo, so close to stores, restaurants, and a short drive to historic old St. Augustine. The sofa and bed are very comfortable, TVs in LR and BR are great, and also shower in master bedroom has nice pressure. The beach and the jacuzzi are only steps away!

The hosts were great from promptly answering questions prior to booking and after as well. The villa has a great loction ... the building is next to the beach, has a nearby hot tub and a very short walk to the pools. The unit has a well equipped kitchen and both a K-cup and Mr Coffee. This is a ground floor unit with ample parking, but no view of the ocean. However, the walkway over the dune is closeby. The beautiful white sand beach awaits you.My only small issue with the villa was there was no laundry detergent nor bathroom supplies. Not a big deal, but a surprise based on previous rentals.The resort is a short drive to St Augustine and all the city has to offer. A new Publix is a short drive as well as a Winn Dixie.I would return!

Wonderful Beach Getaway

The property was very comfortable and well situated for easy access from the car and easy stroll to the beach and the pool. The vibe was peaceful, friendly and relaxing. It was also an easy drive to the downtown area and the inter coastal. We loved it. 4 stars for communication was more about the app than the owners. It was a bit awkward. The owners were very responsive.

My husband & adult kids stayed at this condo for a summer beach getaway. It was in an excellent location, just a very short walk to the boardwalk to get to the beautiful beach! The condo was clean & perfect for our family. I liked the keyless entry so we never had to worry about taking a key to the beach. The pool & hot tub are very close to the condo and clean. Close to restaurants, grocery store, & downtown St. Augustine was only a 15 minute drive. The owners were very responsive to any questions I had. We will be back for sure!

Great location

Hosts were great, answered every question we had and even gave us some restaurant suggestions that were perfect. Great proximity to the beach, so we went out for sunrises and sunsets that were perfect. Pools were great too. We loved the updated shower off the master, and the beds were very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was also very nice. We go through a lot of ice and the ice maker kept up the whole time, that was a huge plus. Sometimes is the little things, but their sharp knives were actually sharp. It made cutting those fresh Georgia peaches we bought super easy. Would definitely consider coming back here if and when we make another trip to St Augustine.

Love Staying at This Great Value Beach Condo

This is the second winter we have stayed in this unit and it is so close to the beautiful, clean beach and also just a few steps to the relaxing jacuzzi. The bed and living room furniture are both very comfortable. We love the easy keyless entry and the owners are always quick to respond to any questions. We plan to stay here again!

Lovely Condo on the Beach!

We enjoyed our stay at this cute condo on the beach. It was in a great location with regard to the rest of St Augustine, and the beach is just steps away, so we enjoyed that. It was very clean, and also was in a nice quiet neighborhood that seemed very safe and secure. We were a bit surprised that things like toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags were absent. Whenever we stay somewhere, we always do the vacation grocery shopping trip, but we arrived late the night before Thanksgiving Day, so there weren’t very many stores open, and I was struggling to find a place open to buy coffee! Another note, I had next-to-no cell service, so I couldn’t open the email/app with the lock information. Totally my fault, but I would recommend printing that. I thought we were going to have to call Mr and Mrs Abernathy very late at night to be able to get in, but luckily my husband has an awesome memory, so we could avoid doing that! Overall, great place to stay. I would just be sure to bet very well stocked.

Fabulous property and stay

The condo was very clean with all the necessities provided. The hosts were very helpful. The property is beside the swimming pool and steps from the ocean. My husband walked to the beach every day. The property is close to many restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to this area.

We love St Augustine!

We had a great visit once again in St Augustine and we really enjoyed our first stay at St Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort. It was very easy communicating with the owners and they were very responsive to our needs. Master bedroom was nice and roomy and bed was comfortable. Location to the beach and pool were fantastic.

Still a great place to stay

We’ve stayed here three years now. It’s cozy and so close to the beach. This year we had our adult daughter with us for a week of the 2 weeks we stayed. Love having a toaster oven to warm up leftovers. We will be back!

Wonderful stay, didn't want to leave!

We had a wonderful time at this condo! So many things made this condo ideal for us! The condo is spacious giving us and our two adult daughters plenty of room. The living room has plenty of comfortable furniture making it a relaxing place to gather and visit. The bedrooms are spacious with dressers and nice sized flat screen tv’s, and the beds are all comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked, the two bathrooms are nice, and it was convenient to have a washer and dryer. We loved the location of the condo being so close to the beach board walk (where we saw gopher tortoises) the hot tubs, and the parking lot. The beach is wonderful, and we especially enjoyed the hot tubs and the large swimming pool (with neat underwater lights and was not crowded)! We didn’t want to leave, and we have found the place that we would like to stay the next time we visit St. Augustine!

Clean towels

Maybe get some white towels and use bleach.because the towels in the main bathroom were under the sink with the toilet plunger and the towels stank. Also, the patio wasn’t cleaned off. The table outside had sand and a partially drank bottle of water on it. Otherwise it was fine.

My wife and I are retired educators that fell in love with beautiful St. Augustine many years ago. We live in the foothills of the mountains north of Atlanta, Ga.. We are big college football fans---a house totally divided. I am a Roll Tide Alabama fan and Rodney is a Dawg---that's a Georgia Bull Dog.

Many years ago, we fell in love with beautiful St Augustine. Not only does it have gorgeous wide beaches, it also has the luxury of interesting and historic features in quaint Olde Town St. Augustine. Wait until you cross the Bridge of Lions--you too will fall in love!

Park and walk about 10 steps to enter our condo. From our patio--turn right and walk about 150 yards to the beach or turn left and go about 150 yards to both pools. Head out front door and walk about 20 steps and you can enjoy one of the 5 Jazucci's .
