Great little place

The place was just as advertised, very clean the backyard was awesome for our pets. Within close driving distance to beach within 5 minutes. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Amazing Property!

We came for Gulf Coast Jams and the property was amazing! Plenty of space for the dog and just what we were looking for. Would totally stay here again!

Very nice place to stay! Close to the beach!

This place was ever bit as advertised. Nice place, very close to the beach. Had everything we needed in a short drive away. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Great place to stay for a beach getaway

This place was great! Super clean and in a great location that is walking distance to public beach access and a short drive to all attractions on 30A. Property manager communicated great and made the check in process super easy. We travel to this area frequently and would look to stay here again on future trips.

Quick walk to the beach!

Great place for our short stay. Just a quick walk to the beach and quiet neighborhood. We didn't spend a ton of time inside but the bed was comfy, check in was easy, and communication was excellent!

Comfortable bed near beach

I really enjoyed my stay. The walk to the beach was just the perfect length. The grocery store and restaurants are also walkable. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in.

Cute beach house 5 min walk from beach

Cute beach house super close to the beach. Great communication with the host and great distance from Rosemary and seaside for day trips.

Perfect place with plenty of space. The private back yard was great for the dogs. The location is amazing. Beach is walkable, out of the business of the east end and close to grocery and restaurants. We will return.

Great place near a beautiful beach

Convenient to 30A and PCB. Great for a couple and our dog. Completely fenced in and safe for him to hang out. Nice spot and clean, cute decor. Thanks!

The place was very clean when we came in and it looks exactly like the pictures. It was in a quiet neighborhood and relaxing for a get away. It would be a great place to bring your dog with the fenced in back yard and doggy door. The owner is very responsive, gave us the option to rent beach equipment, and gave us some ideas of things to do and places to eat.

We loved being able to bring our dogs.

The unit looked just like the pictures in the listing. Pretty quiet neighborhood. Nice back yard that our dogs really enjoyed. Maybe a 5 min walk to the beach.

Great experience!

A great place to crash after a long day at the beach! It's clean, in a quiet neighborhood, super comfy bed, it was very close to the beach, and it was nice and cool inside despite the Florida heat. The little foot shower out front and the washer/dryer are so nice coming back from the beach. I was pleasantly surprised to find that beach access 95 was not crowded! And the house is conveniently close to Aldi and Publix. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location in a newly renovated home

This cute duplex was exactly as described. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need for a long weekend (and a grill out). The bed was very firm but comfortable, and plenty of linens were provided for the stay. Valentina was a wonderful host who communicated very quickly. Our pups enjoyed the securely fenced in yard! Definitely a great stay at a great price.

Bangin' at the Beach

This cozy little home is all me and my hot lady could have asked for! The bed is enormous and has plenty of room for fun and rest! We loved having access to a grill so we could grill out local seafood. The place is super clean, comfortable, and well decorated. The backyard is beautiful and relaxing and perfect if you have a furry friend. The TV was a bit tricky to figure out. Hope you like Movie Hub. Overall this is a fantastic home which is really close to the beach!

Great host, lovely home, location iffy

The actual home was lovely. Clean, organized, and well advertised. My only note is that the towels (bath and beach) are quite small, so if you live in a larger or taller body I’d recommend bringing your own. The host was wonderful, communication was smooth, and I was allowed in early on check in day which was so nice. The only negative has truly nothing to do with the host or house and everything to do with the neighbor. My friends and I (all women, two women of color) felt very uncomfortable as the next door neighbors have signs all over their house and gate to beware of getting shot and losing your life. It was scary and disconcerting. Super unfortunate because the beach is gorgeous and this location is such an easy walk to the beach.

Very clean and nice. I do wish the refrigerator was bigger, but I guess it wouldn’t fit. The step down into the kitchen was a tricky, I kept on forgetting about it. Could be dangerous for some, almost for me. The air conditioning was excellent! The yard was great for the dogs. Unfortunately there was construction nearby and the dogs were barking. Beach was a short walk away which was nice. Overall a very good stay.

If you want to be WATCHED by the host your entire time on video Camera outside the Front Door while you are there then this is the place for you.Then the host will message you while you’re there and Bother you to NO end.Expecting you to help them with their problems with the place we are paying to them to stay at, Really.Totally wrong, some Vacation huh.Ruined my Wife’s birthday getaway.Totally Awefull !!Worse than a Certain Movie released in 1984 . How cameras will be everywhere!!!Big Brother is Watching You. And so is the Host.Can’t believe this rental assistance company who shall remain nameless, lets the Host get away with this nonsense.Totally unacceptable,Run away, very far away from this place…And keep Running.

Kevin, I'm sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. For the benefit of future guests, I'd like to clarify a few points. The property has a single exterior security camera at the front entrance, which is clearly disclosed in the listing and is there solely for security purposes. It does not monitor any private spaces. During your stay, I contacted you only twice. The first time was because a neighboring unit experienced a plumbing issue, and I simply asked you to briefly test the toilet and shower to confirm everything in your unit was functioning properly. The second time was to kindly ask that smoking take place away from the front entrance after the exterior camera repeatedly detected activity. Unfortunately, there was a noticeable cigarette odor inside the property after checkout. Additionally, two dogs were brought to the property without being disclosed before arrival, which is required under the house rules. You chose to depart one day early without notifying me and later requested a refund for the unused night. Because the reservation was within the terms of the cancellation policy, I was unable to issue a refund. I strive to provide excellent hospitality and communicate only when necessary to ensure guests have a safe and enjoyable stay. I wish you and your wife all the best.
