Great place to stay
This was a good property , It was clean, great view to the ocean from the balcony, with a short walk to the beach. We have stayed in Santa Rosa before at Gulf Place and I love the area.

Perfect beach stay!

Peaceful and relaxing vacation
Great location and view from balcony! Walking distance to everything, beach access is right across the street and the condo was clean and as described. Such a lovely area and beautiful beaches.

Fantastic place and location

This condo was perfect for my husband and myself. Kelli was very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. The condo is in an excellent location. We enjoyed not having to get in the car if we didn't want to and that we had several restaurants, coffee shops, retail shops, and a convenient store within the complex. The beach is so convenient, just a short walk across the street and views are spectacular. We will definitely visit this condo again!!

1/2 marathon
This was the perfect location to stay when I came to watch my daughter do her half marathon! Great restaurants and coffee shops nearby, and very close to the beach too! I will definitely stay here again if she is back!

Wonderful weekend
Everything was as advertised. Kelli was easy to communicate with and the condo is very comfortable with fantastic sunset views. Close to good food and libations as well.

Wonderful family vacation
The location of this condo is fabulous! The view is more beautiful in person. The beach access was so convient, we enjoyed the pool on our way back from the beach to the condo. It was all just what we needed. We will definitely be returning!

Top Shelf was amazing!
We very much enjoyed our stay at Top Shelf! The accommodations were great- very clean and the updated condo was very nice. The location is perfect with close beach access, plus the other amenities and proximity to restaurants at Gulf Place. Kelli was super responsive to any questions we had! We would definitely stay here again!

Great place just across from the beach. Floor plan is small enough to be efficient but large enough to stretch out and relax. Beautiful renovation.

Great view of the beach. 4-5 minutes from leaving our door to sitting in the sand.The pool in the condo was closed for resurfacing, and we were not aware until we arrived. It would not have changed our plans and there are other pools on the property--but it should be disclosed.

In a market full of ground-floor units and interior-facing rooms, Top Shelf holds the top-floor, corner position which means Gulf views most condos in this building simply can't offer. Gulf Place itself is the other reason. It's one of the few genuinely walkable communities on 30A: restaurants, boutiques, live music, pickleball, three pools, and quieter-than-average beach access all within steps, no car needed once you're here. For couples and small families who want the authentic 30A experience without the crowds, the traffic, or the long walks from an overflow parking lot, there isn't a better-positioned unit in the community.
