Overall very easy to check in, communication was great. The property itself was absolutely beautiful with a great view. All the amenities and furniture worked fine. Walking distance to plenty of great spots. Would recommend and will book again next time i’m back.

This condo is all about location! We were able to accommodate 10 easily. The view of the water is incredible and it’s close to everything beach wise.

This property is good for the price. The views are amazing. The space is big. The furniture is old but sturdy. However there are some things I wish I knew before booking. Only 1 of the 3 showers produced hot water. The other 2 were room temperature at best. There are several rules for the pool such as no swimming after dusk and no food, drink, or music in the pool area. You will also see a few roaches, but it's an older spot in South Florida so that is to be expected.

Great location! Right near the water taxi - which is great!Beautiful view of the water from large panoramic windows. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Lovely pool, but it was very warm - not very refreshing.I know the listing does not say grill, but there is one for the condo pictures. It is NOT a working grill. It was totally trashed and unuseable!It would be great to have a grill, total bummer. Also, no can opener in the kitchen.Could have been a little cleaner. Hair in shower and dirt on floor and dining table. All in all it was a nice stay, good location and very comfortable stay.

Furniture very dated and in ok condition, blind fell down right away (held up by 2 sided tape), The end of the futon legs kept coming off, could not support any weight. Main air conditioner was broke for almost 24 hours. At the last moment days prior to arrival, weeks past the refundable cancel date, we received a massive list of things not allowed all with fines attached ranging from 200-500. Be aware when renting, or ask up front what are the rules and fines associated.

Stunning water views of intercoastal water way from unit 8, which is on the second floor. The large common room has a wonderful couch to relax while watching the water traffic and for the family to gather. The table and chairs on the outdoor porch extended the space. The host was responsive and helpful.

Terrific experience

Kate was fantastic! She was very responsive and attended to all of our needs (…we didn’t have many as the property is in great shape.) Would recommend the listing to anyone! Convenient to beach and downtown Fort Lauderdale.

Great location for our needs. Hot water was very limited. Owner was a good communicator. 4 th bedroom you had to walk through the master bedroom to get to it limiting privacy. Floors were very dirty, looked clean but if you walked in it in socks they got soiled very quickly.

Beautiful location and views. But the place is not in great shape. Had to take cold showers because the shower was broken in master bedroom. The handyman came out but it still was not fixed. Also had mice or rats in the kitchen eating the food (bread and bananas) that were left on the counter and left droppings in the floor and in the counter. Again had the handyman come out to patch up the hole where they presumed to come through. It was a great stay otherwise.

Convenient and Beautiful Ocean View

We were blown away by the awesomness of this location. The owner was extremely responsive and willing to coordinate with our arrival time. Any messages sent to the owner were responded to within the hour. The VRBO itself was extremely clean and the decorations were fancy. The full kitchen helped with keeping meals in. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk (if that) from the front steps. Las Olas beach is walkable within 10 minutes. This location has no limitations! Very spacious and comfortable. We will definitely consider staying again in the future!

Noisy Family Escape with a view

Easy walk to the beach but don’t plan on sleeping in. There is construction next door and the very loud beeping starts at 8am and continues most of the day. The air conditioning broke and after a million questions and a sweaty night they finally sent someone to fix it. Unit is well equipped with kitchen stuff, soaps etc. The view is amazing, lost of space, but better suited for 8 not 10. Room connected to the master is very musty.

Wonderful space, not so great host

The good: The house is amazing, fabulous views. Wonderful location as we were there for the weekend for Audacy Beach Fest. Plenty of space for two families. Kitchen is stocked with everything needed. The bad: The host. When sending us check in instructions, she also sent a laundry list of items that we would be fined extravagant amounts for if we broke the rule ($200 for food or drink by the pool, $500 for loud music played in the house and so on). I also own a vrbo so totally understand the rules but the fines were a little overkill. Then the best part - around 9pm on the 2nd night, she sent us a message telling us she was going to tow our car! We had parked in the correct spot that she told us. So i wrote back and asked why and never received any kind of response. This left such a bad taste in our mouth and put a damper on the night. The house is awesome but would be much better being managed by someone who wants to be attentive and helpful to guests rather than list demands and be unresponsive.

Kristy , some guest put loud music on pool and use pool in night and bringing glass on pool which can break and glass can hurt anyone. So we have to be careful everyone’s time and peace. That’s the only rule . I hope everyone understands the neighbour has spent in other unit won’t like 11 pm a loud music or loud noises. These are rules only to protect every one including you . I hope you understand.

Great location, but property needs some updates

While the location was perfect, the property could use some updates and upkeep. Pros: A/C very cold; apartment and beds were clean; all amenities are included; kitchen and bathrooms are nicely stocked; safe area; close to beach and restaurants; very quiet; great view.Cons: Kitchen appliances are old and need upgrading (Dishwasher is not cleaning properly and most of the numbers/buttons on the microwave do not work); The outside patio/balcony with the table and chairs is very dirty and needs a regular hose down before guests arrive; while the floors are vacuumed, they are not mopped so do not walk barefoot; the water level of the pool was low and it could have used a cleaning, likely because the skimmer was not working; there was very limited pool area furniture - while there was a large table under the yellow awning, there were no chairs. Also some of the chaise lounges had mesh that was breaking or ripped. On the first night I notified the host that the tv in the master bedroom was broken and she asked me to send her a photo.On the last night, after much rain, the apartment was swarming with termites. While this is usual for south Florida this time of year, it was concerning they were inside. We noticed some of the windows were not properly sealed and likely contributed to them coming inside.Bottom line- very nice property, but in need of updates and a good handyman.

It was beautiful, quiet, clean. Energizing, close to mothers home. The interior 👌 pristine. Love this place. 1 suggestion is it pertains to the entry keypad. Please check the mechanics The lighting on the keypad was blurred
