We had a fantastic stay while our son was playing at ASV. It was a close, quick drive and the house was clean and charming. It reminded us of our first 1921 home and brought back many memories. The hosts were very quick to respond and were very accommodating. Check in was a breeze! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Exactly as advertised. We absolutely loved this house. It was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well equiped, lots of essentials were already there, the air conditioning was fantastic in every room, which was a must in July, parking was awesome, the location was easy access and close to Allstar Village, and communication with the host was prompt efficient and friendly. We would rent from this host again.

Great little house

We came into town for the Cooperstown All Star baseball tournament. We had a great time and the house was comfortable and stayed cool. Well stocked with anything you’d need. The owner was very nice and had a lot of great recommendations. The house is very close to the ballpark and lots of nice restaurants.

Great memories made here!

This was a very cute house in a pretty neighborhood. You never know what to expect going into a stay like this and we absolutely loved the place.7-10 minutes to ASV and plenty of restaurants and ice cream shops to satisfy your taste buds while on vacation.We’d registry here again!

Wonderful Stay!!

My family and I had a wonderful time, the house was located in a quiet neighborhood close to All Star Village park. The host were very communicative and had the house fully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay and some extras. My family travels a lot and this was one of our favorite stays. The host was great when I left my medicine in the fridge on accident and had it overnighted to our next destination. That's going above and beyond.

Lovely house.

Bathrooms and showers not really that clean. Communication with the owner imposible, the first day that we were there we use one of the showers and the drain was clogged. I emailed the owner and he never responded. We enjoyed and have fun after all.

Wonderful Stay for baseball trip

This property was one of the cleanest houses I’ve ever stayed in on any sort of trip. They provided towels and products for the shower. There was a great laundry room as well. The house was less than 10 minutes from All-Star Village, which was great for going back-and-forth to watch our son play baseball for the week. we enjoyed our stay . House was located on a quiet street.

Cooperstown All Star Village Stay

My family stayed at this wonderful cottage 9 minutes from CASV. The home was nicely furnished and had great amenities. The location is great as we had to run back a couple of times to get items we forgot for the tournament. The owners left a hand written note and welcome items which was a nice extra touch. We highly recommend this property for anyone attending the tournament or looking for a nice quiet place to enjoy a vacation.

Mid-century gem close to everything!

The house was clean, well decorated, and is recently remodeled in mid-century style. Great attention to detail and well stocked. Location was just minutes to anywhere in Oneonta. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place!

Was visiting my brother in rye and needed a place to stay for a few days while passing through upstate. So glad we found this place. Beautifully decorated and furnished with everything we could imagine in the kitchen. Steve was quick to answer questions and made our late checking super easy. Don’t do a lot of VRBOs but if they are all like this place, I’m in. Otego a beautiful small town and we were literally minutes from Oneonta.

UPDATED & CLEAN

We needed a place to stay for a couple of nights while visiting family and friends in the area. All the hotels were totally booked! Well, we are so glad they were because we found this gem! Steve and Jackie are the ultimate hosts and they were consistently responsive. Steve responded within minutes of our first text! Check in and check out was so easy-no glitches. The home is immaculate-the attention to details in the home is above and beyond. We could tell they were really thinking about who would be staying there and the varying needs of people traveling. Having access to the washer and dryer was such a bonus! We were there in the summer and the window a/c units kept the house quite comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with all the things we needed. Driving to local amenities is super easy and necessities are close. We will definitely be staying here again! Thanks again, Steve and Jackie! :)

Beautiful House - Perfect Location!

I can’t rave enough about this house, owners and the location! Last minute I decided to go to ASV to watch my son play (dad is the coach) and this beautiful house opened up at the right time for us. I hesitated going cause I didn’t want to stay alone with my 3 small kids. The second I saw this house and its location I felt safe and at home. It’s clean and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. My youngest is special needs and I was able to have him run free in there without being nervous he was touching things that weren’t ours. Steve was so responsive with just my silly little questions. Sincerely made me feel like I was chatting with a friend and borrowed his house! Baseball parents snag this house right away you are just minutes away from the fields with a beautiful scenic drive. Thanks Steve & Jackie!

Wonderful Hosts with Perfect Properties for ASV

I cannot express enough what wonderful, accommodating hosts Stephen and Jackie are. We had booked their other property for our son’s trip to All Star Village, but decided to arrive early and needed a place to stay for one night. Stephen and Jackie graciously offered this new property, which really saved us because hotel rooms are not easy to come by near ASV. Then, the morning of our arrival they accommodated us even further by working tirelessly to turn over their other property after the previous guests left so that we wouldn’t have to move houses. The property we are renting from Stephen and Jackie is adorable, immaculate and absolutely perfect for families and I know that this house is kept to the same excellent standard. Most importantly, I cannot stress enough how crucial the close proximity to All Star Village is. Stephen is readily available by phone or VRBO message and has been a pleasure to communicate with since day one. I promise you will be so happy with yourself if you book this property and you will be bragging to everyone on your team how you lucked out with your accommodations.

There is something special about how this house says, "Welcome home." The small village of Otego has been the go-to place for Oneonta doctors for years and has a quaintness only found in this area.

We have taken this home down to the bones and then remade it into a mid-century gem with comfort in mind, from the tool room to the views from the many windows.
