Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The apartment is 1/2 mile to Cooperstown All Star Village, 2 miles to SUNY Oneonta or Hartwick Colleges, and 17 miles to Dreamspark Baseball Camp. Convenient to many local restaurants & stores. The 2nd floor apartment is newly renovated with 2 bedrooms and an additional memory foam pullout queen size couch. Clean. AC. Large flatscreen TVs. Fast WiFi. Parking. One of three ABnB in building.

Please Note:
We follow the baseball schedule at Cooperstown All Star Village from June through August and require a six night rental. We are unable to rent for seven nights; check in and check out dates follow the CASV schedule. Please see below. Rentals outside of that time period do NOT require a six night stay, please send inquiry. Should Cooperstown All Star Village modify their dates, the checkin/checkout dates will change accordingly. The weeks with the checkin and checkout dates are as follows:

We follow the Cooperstown All Star Village schedule from 6/3/23–8/20/23 and rent for six nights. Before or after that we require a 2 night minimum.

Perfect place for our family of 4. Had everything we needed, was very clean and was great to have a pull out couch for our son to join us on our final night in Cooperstown. Super close to the park and an easy ride to a variety of nearby restaurants. Owners were easy to reach and very quick to respond as needed. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic stay!! 5 STARS!!!

We can’t say enough good things about our stay!! Beds and sofa were incredibly comfortable, decor was perfect, sheets and towels were super soft. Everything you need you will find here for your stay. They even have things you don’t expect like bandaids and antiseptic The kitchen is fully stocked and filled with high quality cookware. Location is great too. We will be back every time we are in Oneonta!!!

Well appointed apartment

Updated apartment with lovely furnishings. Plenty of kitchen supplies. On street parking in front of the building. Easy access with keypad. Plenty of room for four adults to spread out.

Amazing find!

We had a great stay! The apartment was beautiful and in a perfect location. The furnishings and accommodations were fantastic. The hosts were amazing and easy to communicate with. Great restaurants within walking distance.

All Star Apartment

We stayed here for a week while our son played at All Star Village. The location could not be beat - 5 minutes from the fields - and convenient to Oneonta's main street. The apartment was great - clean, well decorated, and well equipped. Craig and Mindy were also very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend for baseball families.

Perfect for All Star Village

Great location. Very close to the Cooperstown ASV: we even walked there one day. Rite Aid pharmacy across the street for snacks, water etc. McDonalds a block down the road. Dairy Queen a block the other way. Great brewery/coffee/taqueria a few blocks towards ASV. Everything you need within less than a mile. But you don’t even need to run out the first couple days, because the hosts stock the cabinets with coffee, half & half, a bottle of wine, and a generous snack bag! The apartment is one of a couple in the building which is upstairs from a tattoo parlor and dance studio (but we never heard any noise from the shops or the other apartments—all of which were occupied by other ASV families). Access to the apartment is through a side door and a set of stairs to the second floor (only complaint would be that railing starts a bit low at the top: probably not a great place for anyone who struggles with stairs, but we had no issues). The apartment door is secured with an electronic combo lock that is easy to use, and opens into the well-stocked and clean kitchen. Then short hallway leads to comfortable and stylish living and dining area with large sectional pullout couch. Same hallway has door to bathroom (shower/tub, toilet and small vanity) and a large hall closet (stocked with folding chairs to borrow and linens) and a stairway leading up to the two bedrooms on the third floor (one larger for parents and one smaller for kids). Roku TVs in all rooms. Window AC. Stylish & clean.

Great location for CASV

Stayed here for Week 10 2024 CASV. Easily walkable to the remote lot shuttles, if desired. Otherwise just a 5 minute drive. Short walks to some restaurants and a brewery. Great home base for all things CASV. Unit is updated with comfortable beds and plenty of necessities.

Perfect location and incredibly clean apartment

This was the perfect location for us. Our son was playing at the all-star village and it is literally a 3 minute drive from the apartment. My husband actually walked a few times, about 15-20 min. There are several restaurants that are walking distance. The apartment is exceptionally clean and well-stocked. The hosts left a very thoughtful welcome package that made everybody happy. If my younger son gets to play here, we would definitely stay here again.

All Star weekend - great stay

We enjoyed our stay while our son played for the week at ASV. The location is great at about 1 mile away from the village, and accommodations were as described. Beds were very comfortable - we slept great and we appreciated the welcome basket of treats awaiting us upon our arrival. Would definitely recommend!

What a stay

What a stay in this great spot. The apartment comes as advertised with very friendly hosts. The hosts are always available and this location is excellent. I truly enjoyed my stay here.

The Place to Stay

This was a great stay. This place was comfortable, clean, and just like the advertisement. The beds were wonderful and the living space was as very roomy. The kitchen had everything you needed to make your meals! I travel every week and this is one of my favorites.

very nice apartment

apartment is great. located within a short drive to the colleges. It is nicely updated and clean. Had everything we needed. would not be good for elderly or very small children as there are steep stairs and bathroom is in the lower floor.

Perfect

Perfect property. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay while my son was playing at ASV. The place was extremely clean and well stocked with everything you could want. The host even left gift basket for us when we checked in. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Great Place to stay!!,,

The apartment was beautiful, very comfortable, clean and spacious for a family of four. The host, Craig was amazing! We had a welcome gift when we arrived which was incredibly kind. The furnishings were quite nice, nice sized family room, adequate dining space and a fully stocked kitchen. Two very roomy bedrooms and the beds were so very comfortable. Only a 3 minute drive from Cooperstown, and conveniently located to local dining and shopping. I would highly recommend staying here.

Awesome

We were a family of 4 and the apartment was very accommodating and just as advertised. Its very cozy and nicely furnished. Great AC with access to washer/dryer. It's was also very clean and well stocked with many things you never find in other rentals. Owner was very responsive to our questions. Location was excellent and very close to everything. Would absolutely stay again!
