The house was nice and large. 10 of us stayed in the house for a weekend. It was clean and had all the items you require to stay for a few days - like soap and toiletries. There were towels and washcloths in the bathrooms for our use. I didn’t have a chance to use the pool, but the front yard was well kept. Check in was easy and communication between the property owners and myself was good. I’d stay there again.

All was found as been expected and advertised, and when there was something we had a question about or needed, the owners were very responsive and accommodating.

We stayed here for a family wedding nearby. It was a great place for all of us to stay at. The kids really enjoyed the rec area as well. Plenty of beds and bathrooms and it was very beautifully decorated.

Nice outdoor area and po

Large place accommodated 15 of us spent most of time outside by pool. Place is a newer purchase and with a little work would be beautiful, owners had told us it was a work in progress. Enjoyed our stay.

Overall, this house met our needs. My family was in town for my stepson's wedding weekend & we were able to stay/spend time together instead of separately in hotel rooms. We were all able to swim, play ping pong, watch football, & eat together. These were the things I was hoping for that the house delivered.That being said, these were not five star accommodations. The carpets upstairs are stained. I get that it's rental property, but that really detracted. The towels were worn & bleach stained. The pool is nice, but there's a large rusty area on the back of the house near the pool and also what looks like a graveyard for grills. At the base of one of the lamps near the pool, we found exposed electrical wiring.The description of the house claims 5 bathrooms with 3 described, but bathrooms 4 and 5 had no description. One is a full bathroom with toilet & shower, but the 5th one is only a sink & shower - in the garage. My very petite sister-in-law used that shower & said it was tight even for her.I mentioned when booking the house that we needed a first floor bedroom for my dad who has mobility issues, but it was never mentioned that the first floor bathroom has stairs up to the toilet/shower. There are beds for 20 people, but the setup of rooms/bathrooms causes multiple families to have to share bathrooms.We could not find pot holders or kitchen towels anywhere. Communication with the owners was OK. The husband did call when we had an urgent issue. Much appreciated!

Nice Spacious Home

I want to start off with saying, Daniel was great! The communication was excellent. We traveled with a lot of smaller kids age ranging from 1-12 the home was big enough to accommodate us all COMFORTABLY! The location of the home is definitely a plus. After using our gps to get there we didn’t need it anymore to find the home. If you are looking for a home away from home, you should book this property! I loved it, my guest loved it, & the kids LOVED it!

Great for Large Families

Owner was very accommodating. House was above and beyond our expectations. Kitchen very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. kitchen upstairs and downstairs. Plenty of beds, very clean, living room area can accommodate many for watching TV both upstairs and downstairs plenty of fun outside including pool, ping pong, pool table, air hockey and horseshoes. Extra chairs available. Nice outdoor sitting area upstairs. Overall great experience.

BLUF: I would not rent this one again. I gathered family for a birthday celebration for my 94 yo mother. The renters were friendly enough people to deal with and, the week after the stay, sent me a link to their other listings in case we wanted to rent from them in the future. Nevertheless, and despite the pictures, this home felt a little like walking into an empty frat house with stained carpet throughout and overall just not real “clean”. The pool side of the house definitely needs a power wash, as it was quite moldy. It was an ok base camp for a gathering that we decided to move to my home since I have a pool. Too much money this house and over the top with the extra night charges if someone stops by for 5 minutes. The whole big brother “we are watching you outside with our cameras” bit just felt weird. They have probably been burned with parties, but the house is in party-house condition and we just weren’t looking for that type of stay. There is one bed that is not an out of the box type mattress on a frame. Doable for a couple of nights, but not compatible with the price point. A fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night while everyone there (including infants) were asleep, probably reflecting the fact that maintenance was a bit wanting. If I had it to do over again, I would secure two smaller homes or a hotel room for everyone.

Interesting read. Alot of talk and the only thing of substance she said was the back side of the house has a stain from water dripping. We don't stare at cameras I can assure everyone of that. We have security cameras on the outside of the house and we disclose that. We have a nice prirate ship for the little ones, a very nice pool, my mattresses are ALL in good shape. We have many good reviews. I provide a good home at a fair price. I do have other homes, and always share those listings with people when they leave. We are clear that we don't allow parties and my house is only for those on the guest list. This is part of our code agreement with the county and for liability reasons. For anyone reading this, please give our home a try. Many others have loved it. I will look into the issue she reported and address it accordingly

Roomy and Quiet!

We joined up with my sister and her family for the weekend and combined we had 4 adults and 14 kids ages 2-15. We had a great time here! Plenty of beds and rooms. They are in the middle of the reno but that didn't hinder us at all. Daniel was super accommodating and even showed up late the first night when we needed something. We rent pretty commonly throughout the year and you won't find a better communicator than him! Pool area is nice and the separately fenced back yard area is a huge bonus, especially with small kids. We would stay again! Thanks Daniel for being so accomodating!

Amazing PLACE - Amazing HOST!

The house and the host are both top notch. Our experience could not have been better. Everything was super easy, from booking to check out! The house had everything we needed. The bedrooms are large with plenty of comfortable beds. The master bedroom is huge! The kids loved the gameroom. My husband loved the outdoor grilling area around the pool. I loved the nice kitchen with granite counter tops! We all loved the privacy. No houses are on either side or behind you. It is conveniently close to Arbor Place Mall and only 1 mile from Clinton Park. We loved their nature trails. Thanks again for making our stay the best!!

Pool

The pool was enjoyed by all! The owners were very responsive to our requests and made sure the kitchen equipment was available that we needed. We were a large family of 10 adults and 4 children, and we all had a bed. Some were more comfortable than others. There was only one pillow per person, so bring extra. They say they are doing renovations, so that could be why some of the tile around the pool is in disrepair. The kids enjoyed playing on the wooden ship, but they should be supervised as they are still repairing it. The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood at the end of a culdesac.

Absolutely Perfect!!!!!

Our family of 11 (6 adults, 5 grandchildren) from Arkansas rented this VRBO for our family gathering.. The house was perfect!! It started and ended with great communication from Daniel (the owner). The house was just as described. There were beds everywhere! Mattresses were new and comfortable! Every room has TVs with Roku. It was winter time, so we were unable to use the beautiful Oasis pool. The backyard and location of this house is secluded for maximum privacy! We will be back in the summer when we visit Atlanta and Six Flags. The gameroom is a big hit for the grandkids.. It has a pool table, ping pong table, foose ball table, and 2 person basketball hoop. Nobody ever got bored! There is a park (Clinton Park) 1 mile away.with a playground and hiking trails. No reason to leave the property with all the activities offered! We ate our meals as a family in the large eating area and kitchen featuring granite counter tops. It is only a 5 minute ride to Villa Rica grocery store, or a 6 minute drive to Arbor Place Mall (Regal Cinema and restaurants). We did the Atlanta City Pass and drove the easy 25 minute drive to Atlanta to see the College Football Hall of Fame and the World of Coke. Both were excellent attractions! We look forward to using the outside amenities (grilling out and corn hole games beside the pool) when we return in the summer! This VRBO house was the best experience ever for my family and we have stayed in a lot of them. The owner tells me he is a premier host with several other properties. It is obvious that they are the “Chick Fil A” of the VRBO industry. Great experience from start to finish!
