PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

I honestly wasn’t expecting much because of what a steal the rate was, but it truly exceeded what I thought we would get. The property was clean and had many things for us to use during our stay. I requested a new vacuum bag and to extend our last day and response was prompt! I would definitely stay here again if we were doing more on the north side, but my family lives in Anahola and the drive everyday multiple times was brutal. Other than that we absolutely loved our place and the owners.

Very nice property. Close to amenities, beaches, shopping. Some beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. in garage a nice convenience as well. Would highly recommend.

Stay in Princeville

The property was very comfortable, clean and easy to access. Management communicated well. The only concern we had was the master bedroom bathtub did not drain well. Otherwise we had a great experience!

The perfect stay for the island get away

The property was in prestine order. The location of the property is in a great area. Many comforts of home and i will be looking forward for another trip to Kauai. Perfect for a family of 8. Many thanks..

Met our needs for family vacation

The condo was really cute, clean. It needs some maintenance and updates. Dishes were chipped and pot handles broken. We still enjoyed our stay here. Was really nice to have beach chairs and umbrella. All in all, we were comfortable and had a good time.

So to sum up our experience staying here at this particular condo was OK not great not completely terrible.The biggest issue we had is when we first checked-in early, which they make you pay a half a day for no one else has ever done that I’ve stayed at the plantation many of times and I would say this would be the first that they charge you a half a day for an early check-in besides that We get there early and we noticed the master bathroom has hair all over the sink all over the shower all over the toilet and then the shower curtain was covered with black mold. You can tell whoever’s cleaning and managing the place is kind of just done the bare minimum. The showerheads could be replaced. The carpets could be cleaned They were pretty dirty just seems like it’s not being managed or maintained very well. The AC in the living room did not work when we called to let the parrish team know the issues we had they offered to come clean the place, but we were already checked in and just wanted to get settled and start enjoying our vacation. They did bring a new shower curtain for us to replace. The pros I will say is the plantation hands-down is the best property in Princeville. This condos on the corner and your master bedroom is on the street side so it’s a little noisy, but you don’t have any neighbors right next to you . The refrigerator was brand new and worked really good same with the icemaker which made it really nice for the beach every day for our coolers.

The guaranteed early check-in fee is an optional service that reserves access to the home before the standard 3:00 PM check-in time. Guests may also wait until regular check-in and receive earlier access at no charge if the home is ready. In this case, you chose the guaranteed early check-in option. When you reported concerns about bathroom cleanliness and the shower, we immediately offered to send housekeeping back to address them at a convenient time, but the offer was declined. As a gesture of goodwill, we refunded the early check-in fee. We also notified you more than a month before arrival that the central AC was unavailable and that portable AC units had been placed in each bedroom. We apologize that your stay did not fully meet your expectations and appreciate your feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to host you and hope to welcome you back.

Nice Place but Needs Updating

We had a really nice stay with our 2 young kids. However the place is in need of some updates. Pros: - Great location in Princeville a short drive to nice beaches, restaurants etc. - Great amenities- lots of beach towels, beach chairs, some sand toys for the kids etc. - Nice lanai - we ate many meals out there and it was very nice to just sit outside. - Comfortable beds - In unit washer dryer was great - Good amount of space - Pretty well stocked with dishes and cookware (although no cookware that could go in the oven) - AC worked well in the rooms it was in - Quiet and peaceful - Pool access was nice Cons: - Definitely showing its age and things were falling apart. Towel racks missing, kitchen sink sort of broke while we were there, fan in one bedroom (the one without AC) was broken. - No AC in the 2nd bedroom which we knew but it did get hot in there and the ceiling fan was also broken. We told management and they quickly delivered us a new stand up fan which was nice. - Furniture was also old/worn. Not very comfortable to sit on the sofa and the dining chairs were falling apart, only real usable dining table for a family was on the lanai (which worked out fine). - Big TV but could not get any of the remotes to work.

The accommodations were very nice and clean, and in a great location. We had plenty of room, and enjoyed sitting on the lanai. Checkin and checkout were easy, and communication was good. There's a nice pool, hot tub and weight room, but we stayed so busy that we didn't get to use them! Would definitely stay here again.
