Loved everything about this place! 2nd time staying in the Pali Ke Kua community and would stay again. Great location convenient to all the North Shore. This place has everything you need for a stay and for your beach days - beach towels, 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and a small cooler. No A/C but plenty of fans. Comfy beds. Communicative and responsive rental management team.

Beautiful view of the Ocean! The two story is so nice to have a little separation (kids downstairs have their own space). Kitchen everything works and easy access to Princeville shops / restaurants.

Great location with beach access

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Getting to the beach from the property is steep downhill to get there but the beach is quiet, very few people and great snorkeling.

Had a great time together as a family

Kauai is always nice to come back too. Princeville is so nice and mellow and has wonderful proximity to Hanalei Bay and points north.Wonderful time together as a family :)

Amazing stay

The view is breath taking. The condo has all you need and more for a comfortable stay in paradise! The binoculars were great for whale and bird watching. The beach chairs and umbrella were another nice thing to have access to.

Hanalei Holiday

Very nice condo and complex in great location. Only complaint was the Wi-fi was very poor so much so that I could not use my devices other than my phone and that was not great.

Wonderful Skies!

Beautiful spot over looking the ocean. Sunsets and sunrises different each day. Quiet. Close access to Hanalei restaurants and beaches.

Our unit was conveniently located, clean, and comfortable. The dramatic view was something we enjoyed each morning, and we took chairs and wine out each evening to the point to watch the sunsets. We walked to Hideaways Beach and navigated the North Shore well from this spot. The unit is very well appointed and comfortable. Not having A/C was never an issue with the natural breeze and fans available. We didn't need A/C. We would def stay here again.

Excellent condo in Pali Ke Kua. Even though it's at the end of the complex, we really liked the quiet location. Good view and well appointed. We really appreciated having 4 beach chairs and an umbrella. The beach towels were also great. My only (minor) complaint was the lack of sand toys/boogie board/kid beach toys. But, after having had multiple trips to the islands, I get the sense that these items are frequently revolving. Truly, very minor, and did not impact our trip. Thus was one of the better units we've stayed at in Pali Ke Kua!

We were allowed to check in 1½ hours early, which we really appreciated. Communication was good.I worried it would be too warm without A/C, but we were plenty comfortable. The property is beautiful and very quiet. Parking was easy. I walked around barefoot and the floors were very clean—I’m picky about that, so I was impressed.Two bathrooms, upstairs and downstairs, are identical. Water pressure is better downstairs but both are good. Full-size fridge and freezer with an ice maker. Coffee filters were provided. Washer and dryer worked wonderfully. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Beach chairs, umbrella, and a mini cooler were in good condition. Laundry soap was there when we arrived, which was wonderful. We left Woolite for the next guests.Wi-Fi was fine. TVs worked. Remotes were a bit confusing at first.Nēnē were all over the property—cute, friendly, and wonderful.The trail to the beach is very steep (easier down than up). It wasn’t the beach I hoped for, but it was beautiful. I couldn’t hear the ocean from the room, which was disappointing.My only real complaint is cleaning: spiderwebs on the lanai fencing, and the decorative fixtures in the master bath were very dusty. I set a white blouse on one and it came away dirty. The property itself was excellent—the cleaners just aren’t dusting the way they should.We didn’t use the pool or other facilities. Would book here again: yes.

Location wise there were many different beaches and many different restaurants close. It was also very nice the house came stocked with beach chairs, snorkling gear etc. it also had a beautiful ocean view, and a short walk to a Hanalei Bay view.

Whales!

We loved our time here. It was clean and had everything you might need. The binoculars were a nice touch and we were able to see whales! It was only a short walk to watch the most beautiful sunset looking out towards Hanalei! Some of the closets and dresser drawers were hard to open and close but that would not prevent us from staying here again! Mahalo

Relaxing

We really appreciated the quiet location of this property. Also loved the sound of the birds and the wind in the tree’s outside the bedrooms window. I think the condo could be updated a bit? Stains on carpet and older towels were not great. But we did appreciate the beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards available

This condo doesn't have any awnings, or retractable shades on the balcony to protect it from the sun and there is no AC. It got super, super hot inside, not possible to stay in and this was a big disappointment. In the afternoons and evenings we wanted to stay in and just relax from a long hike or swimming, to enjoy the view and relax on the balcony, but it was very hot.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were moved to this unit for our final three nights from our selected unit due to a roofing project. While we appreciated the rental companies accomodation, the view and privacy offered at this unit did not compare favorably with our chosen unit. Also, an upstairs master bedroom didn't bode well for sleeping in the heat, even with multiple fans. All in all the rental company did it's best to make the most of an unfortunate situation.

We had regular tv but no cable...we like to watch movies and couldn't get on demand. The unit could use a little sprucing up. There was a big stain on carpet...but generally comfortable beds..loved the showers...kitchen stocked well. We had a fabulous time.
