STEPS TO THE BEACH ❤️Romantic!

Beautiful 2-story condo, just renovated. 2 separate rooms with one queen on each bedroom. Maximum of 4 people.
First time renting, we would like to keep our condo as clean and as inviting as it is right now. Please come and enjoy a well kept unit located just steps away from the sandy white beaches. No crowds or hassel waiting on an elevator. Park in front of your home and go right in. You will have a partial ocean view from your private balcony.
This condo is a perfect get away. Just a few miles from pier park and 6 miles to 30A for great restaurants and activities.

AMAZING VACATION

We loved the place. It looked exactly like the photos and was so close to the beach. Carlos was amazing and got back to me with all my questions in a timely matter.

Great beach Condo at a reasonable price!

Terrific stay at this little gem of a condo a stone's throw away from the beach. It's clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Host Carlos communicates well to make sure your stay is just perfect. Easy check-in and out. Will certainly recommend it to family and friends alike. Let's have a beach of a time!

Perfect Location!

Most bang for your Buck! The location is perfectly convenient to a part of the beach that is not crowded. Great communication with the owner. Location has all the extras you would want but didn’t think you would. Clean, well stocked, plenty of parking, felt safe, loved the water pressure! Will rent again in the future!

Clean, Cozy and Close to beach access!

We could not have been more pleased with our stay. We had everything we needed! The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. Kitchen is fully stocked. Plenty of space for 4 adults. Upstairs bedroom is loft style so there is no door but plenty of privacy. Close to all the nearby attractions, and a short walk to beach access. I would highly recommend staying here.

Love Panama City Beach

The unit was just as described. Very clean and comfortable it has everything you need for your stay. Although it is not on the beach it is a very quick walk. It is a great location. Carlos was very accommodating. Thank you for sharing your place with us. We are hoping to return next year.

This was a very nice condo it was very relaxing after a day on the beach. My favorite was the full kitchen. I would definitely recommend to anyone. As this will now be the unit i use yearly

This condo was extremely clean and decorated very cute. The location was amazing, directly across from a family friendly beach. Within walking distance of restaurants and approx 3 miles from Pier Park and a busier beach. Highly recommend!

Trip to Panama City Beach

We evacuated from Hurricane Milton. Your home was perfect! There were so many little extra things in the home that made our stay so comfortable. Great location close to the beach. Home was clean and host was great at communicating with us.

Beautiful & Peaceful

Had an awesome 10 day stay, the place was everything and more that it said it was. Clean unit, nice neighborhood, steps to the beach with even a back balcony Gulf view. The extra amenities were nice as well (boggie board, sand toys, beach umbrella, etc.) wasn’t expecting that so a nice additive.

Great stay!

Loved the location and property. It was perfect for the first vacation for a 14-year-old with his grandparents. We took advantage of PC Beach and used this location for days trips to Mobile for the Naval Air Museum and USS Alabama. Great bonding and family time.

An amazing vacay!

We loved this condo so much! It was perfect for my family of 4! We loved how the beach access was just a walk across the road and the pool was a couple steps from our front door! It was super clean and smelled so good when we walked in! It was well equipped with EVERYTHING we needed for our trip! Tons of restaurants and shopping super close by so that was a plus too. Carlos had great communication with us! We plan to come back next summer and cannot wait!
