Upstairs you will find 3 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a spacious kitchen/dining area and living room. There is very little traffic on this street, yet it is right in the heart of Kill Devil Hills activities, with restaurants, grocery stores, amusements and a large municipal ball field and tennis courts just a short stroll away. Grab those boogie boards and take the short walk to the beach, about 1200ft, where you and your family can enjoy the Atlantic Ocean at its best. You can literally leave the car in the driveway for your entire vacation at the Sunny Side of Life!
