Thank you so much for your review! We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. We will certainly have the house scheduled for a deep clean and we are happy to hear the office rectified the faucet quickly. We have kept the rates the exact same for the past 3 years, so you may be looking at different dates as there are different prices for high season vs low season. Please reach out and we would be happy to help explain further and get you booked again for next year!

Thank you so much for your detailed feedback!! We're glad you enjoyed the location and the being by the water! We're sorry the ceiling fans, pool, and kitchen cleanliness fell short during your stay. We wish we had known about the pool while you were there as we would have contacted the pool company immediately to get it resolved. The ceiling fans took a bit longer to fix due to an underlying electrical issue that took some time to properly diagnose, but that has since been handled. Also, please be sure to reach out to us if there are any issues with the cleaning as we can return our cleaners to resolve issues such as that during your stay. Thank you for being our guests, and we hope to have you back as our repeat guest!! Kind Regards, Your MNVR Team
