Amazing recently updated 3 bed/2 bath A-frame home in Abbey Springs Community with open format and brand new custom-designed kitchen. An abundance of natural light shines in from the wall of windows leading to oversized wraparound deck. Relax by the stone surrounded wood-burning fireplace or gather around for a movie on the large smart TV. Ready to get outside? Take a dip in the private, on-site hot tub and enjoy the outdoors! Abbey Springs is an 18 hole golf course community with loads of amenities and 24 security. We offer a golf cart (May - September) for you to cruise around and explore the many options including; indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, beautiful 18-hole golf course (green fees not included), 3 on-site restaurants, beach, basketball courts, playground, Pickleball, etc. Come enjoy every season and all things Geneva Lake!

Abbey Springs daily guest passes (for amenity use) are included at NO extra cost to you.

Excellent family getaway spot

My husband, two kids and I had the best time staying at this property for a long weekend getaway. The home and location are perfect. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from lots of towels to toiletries to toys for the kids and everything we needed in the kitchen and then some. The Abbey Springs amenities are outstanding, as well. We loved the pool, hot tub, small arcade and clubhouse restaurant. We'll definitely be back!

Modern A Frame Cabin Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The location was great and having access to the golf cart to get around was fun. We also appreciated the ease of accessing club amenities such as the fitness center. The owner was very responsive to the questions I had.

Great Place

Beautiful home to stay in that was clean and lots of open space! Honestly no complaints at all, the hot tub was the best part and it’s such a beautiful living space. My friends and I had a blast and would stay here again!

Great home for friends and family

Great location that you can take advantage of all Abbey Springs has to offer. Big, open family room/kitchen with a fireplace is perfect for hanging out. All around great rental.

Wonderful Family Stay

This is our second time staying at the home, and we had a wonderful time again. The home is very clean, and the host is extremely responsive and helpful. The location is wonderful. You can use the golf cart to use the resort pool, beach, arcade, and restaurants. The home is also conveniently located to go to the Fontana Beach as well as Lake Geneva’s downtown area. We already cannot wait to come back and stay here again!

Cozy Lake getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the home. The house had a nice cozy cabin five but modern and clean as well. We loved having access to the resort amenities as well.Highly recommend this location to anybody who wants a getaway by the lake.

Excellent family rental

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is perfect for exploring all that Lake Geneva has to offer. The Abbey Springs staff are also very helpful and accommodating. The house had everything we needed including some toys and games for the kids. I would highly recommend this rental property.

Clean and comfortable property

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was updated and very clean. The house is close to the pool, club house, and beach especially with the golf cart. The owner was very accommodating and responsive. Definitely would like to stay here again in the future!

Wonderful Property!

We spent three nights at the property for a leadership retreat. Mike was a wonderful host who was very responsive and even allowed us to check in early. The property is beautiful, quiet, and provided a wonderful place for us to relax as well as enough space for us to work.

Lake Geniva Getaway

The house was very clean in a nice secure area. There are basically 2 areas of the house, a great room with the kitchen/living room and the sleeping areas. It was perfect for us. The fireplace and the hot tub were great. Ovverall, I would recommend this house.

Front room of the A frame was great. I gave 5 stars, if I had to complain about anything, would be rooms a bit small. No attached bathroom to master. Place was clean, had everything we needed and we had a great time

Outstanding

I’ve stayed in short term rentals all over the world and this was one of the best. If you have children, this place is a no brainer. They had everything needed to help our 2 year olds adjust seamlessly. The amenities were awesome and the house was clean and well designed. We hope to stay again soon!

The perfect winter getaway

We had a fabulous time here. The house is gorgeous and has everything a family could need while away from home. It's the perfect location to be able to take day trips to sled, skate, and ski. Then come back home and enjoy a roaring fire and the hot tub or even venture out to the club amenities with the indoor pool/hot tub, game room, gym, and restaurant. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. We will absolutely be back. Anyone looking for a quick and fabulous getaway- this is it.

Fabulous stay!

My family along with my sister and her family stayed at the Modern A Frame in Lake Geneva and loved our getaway. The house was in a perfect location! We were so close to the lake, restaurants, and boat rental. The resort had a beautiful pool and clubhouse with a great restaurant. The house was meticulous and perfect for a family. There were toys, enough towels, and great small touches like cell phone chargers, and water filter. We will for sure be back!

Great place w/ great amenities!

First time VRBOer. It was a great experience. The pictures accurately represent the property. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this place! They had amenities for the kids (high chair, toys, on demand cartoon, etc). The pool and club house were great. Just need to come back when it’s warmer to utilize the beach ;)

My wife and I were looking for a vacation home in Southern Wisconsin. We loved the Geneva Lake area and decided to stay at a small condo in Abbey Springs. We loved the area, proximity to Chicago and all of the amenities that Abbey Springs offered. We fell in love with it and knew it would be a fantastic place to bring our kids and have our own little getaway from the hustle and bustle of the big city.

Who doesn't love a traditional A-frame home? We feel this is your chalet style getaway with an amazing stone fireplace that provides all of the comforts in any season. We love the wrap-around deck, the location within Abbey Springs and the hot tub is always a hit. Abbey Springs provides a tremendous amount of amenities (golf, fitness center, tennis, pickle ball, beach, indoor/outdoor pool, restaurants, and much more). Having access to a golf cart to get around the community is the icing on the cake.
