Living Room
The bright and airy living room includes a comfortable sofa, a loveseat, additional bench seating, a spacious coffee table, and a 50" Smart Flat-Screen TV for streaming your favorite channels. The adjacent sitting room with a daybed is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.
Kitchen
Well equipped with cookware, glasses, dishes, and utensils. Air-conditioned with a ceiling fan to keep cool. Drip coffee maker and a Keurig, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, electric range, blender, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. Breakfast bar and stools. Everything a cook needs and a view that will make them happy to be in the kitchen.


Dining Area
Enjoy meals together at the solid wood table or al fresco at the picnic table.
It is also the perfect place to play a fun game or cards.
Second Floor Lounge
The spiral staircase leads to the upper-level lounge, which features a large flat-screen TV with Firestick for streaming, as well as a comfortable couch that can be transformed into a queen bed if desired. The room is semi-open to the space below, providing a great workspace if work needs to be done while on vacation.
Bedrooms
The cozy coastal chic design carries into all 5 bedrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioners, beautiful linens and extra pillows and blankets. Luggage racks are provided for easy unpacking. Closets and drawers are empty and ready to be filled with all your belongings.
The first floor has Four Bedrooms.
Bedroom #1
The air-conditioned room offers a spacious sumptuous stay with three exposures, including a view of the bay. There is a King-Size Bed, Armoire, two nightstands and a desk.
Bedroom #2
A peaceful room with double exposures, a Queen Bed, two nightstands and a console table. A ceiling fan in addition to an air conditioner provides options for your comfort.
Bedroom #3
Has courtyard garden views, a full size and a twin bed and nightstands. A ceiling fan and an air conditioner provide options for your comfort.
Bedroom #4
Furnished with a pair of twin beds, a nightstand, and a bookcase stocked with books, puzzles and games for all ages.
A ceiling fan along with a through-wall air conditioner provides options for your comfort.
Bedroom #5
A spiral staircase leads to the upper level's serene skylighted air-conditioned bedroom which has a Queen Bed, two nightstands and an upholstered bench.
Bathrooms
There are two full windowed bathrooms on the lower level.
One bathroom has a shower/tub and the other has a walk-in shower.
Fluffy white towels are provided.
There is also an outdoor shower on the back deck.

Guests have private access to the entire house, including a private beach area with a garden, overlooking the bay. Enjoy the outdoor seating area with a picnic table, market umbrella and Adirondack chairs, located across from the front door adjacent to a shared walkway.
Above all else, we value your privacy and are happy with whatever level of interaction you wish.
Ocean Beach is the unofficial capital of Fire Island and has the greatest number of restaurants and shops. Overflowing with small-town charm reminiscent of a simpler time, main street walks are lined with mom-and-pop markets and boutiques. Local children sell painted shell souvenirs out of red radio flyer wagons. Just outside of town, Ocean Beach walkways are lined with a mix of traditional summer cottages and modern houses. The house is perfectly located on the bay in very close proximity to the town and all that the town offers. Situated 30 feet from the bay and close to the life-guarded swimming area and waterfront playground with plenty of fun things for the kids to play on while you relax on one of the many benches or Gazebo, and enjoy the most spectacular view.
We love dogs, but you MUST ask before booking, as sometimes guests who are very allergic have booked after you and we need to make sure that we provide a safe space for them, too. Please provide information such as age, breed, weight, if it is house-trained, or crate-trained, how much barking to expect and for how long it will be left alone at a time.
No cars are permitted, so water taxis, walking and biking are the best ways to navigate the island.
