Loved Laura's condo in Ouray. Perfect location, very comfy and clean. Would definitely stay again the next time we are in Ouray!

Great place in Ouray

Really enjoyed our stay here. Had a couple of minor issues and it was handled very quickly. Laura was easy to contact. Thought of everything that a guest would need. Cbeck in and check out was very easy. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Ouray

Excellent property manager

I have rented numerous houses and cabins in the past, but none have been as clean as the condition we found this one in. The cleanliness of the property was the first thing my wife mentioned. The property itself was also very modern. Laura, the property manager, was great to work with and was absolutely accommodating with any request or minor issue we may have had. I will certainly try and reserve one of her properties going forward. Thank you Laura.

Well-stocked, comfortable

3 adults, 5 kids (7-12). Plenty of space. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware, and a foosball game in the garage. The fireplace is gas but warms the space very well. It was a little bit difficult finding a temperature sweet spot as the downstairs was notably colder than the upstairs space. Parking was fine, but might’ve been a problem if it had snowed - I anticipate that we might’ve gotten plowed in. Across the street is a convenience store that is more of a general store with frequently used groceries. Take towels for the hot springs. The management company listed towels for this purpose, but there were none. They were able to drop off 4, but we needed 8, and to avoid using the white towels as asked, we had to buy towels at the springs.

The venture began in 2013, sparked by Laura’s long-standing love for Ouray County. A lifelong Coloradan who first discovered the Ridgway and Ouray area in 2001, Laura brought with her an extensive background in business, marketing, and travel management. Her years of experience in the ski and property management industries across North America’s premier destinations provided the foundation for a company built on community and exceptional service.

In 2020, the team expanded when Steve moved from Dallas to join Laura in Ouray County. Steve’s arrival marked the beginning of a new chapter for the company, bringing forty-three years of high-level construction management experience to the team. Having served as Vice President for some of the nation’s top General Contractors, he integrated professional expertise in budgeting, procurement, and project oversight into the company’s property maintenance and caretaking operations. His own connection to the state dates back to 1993, when participating in Ride the Rockies ignited a lifelong passion for Colorado’s dramatic landscapes.

Today, Laura and Steve work side-by-side to lead a dedicated team of professionals focused on delivering top-tier property care. When they aren't overseeing the finer details of a guest's stay or maintaining local residences, they are often found embracing the outdoors together. Whether they are cycling, skiing, hiking, or fishing, they remain inspired by the ever-changing seasons and the rugged beauty of the San Juan Mountains.
