The home was clean, well equipped and centrally located. We only used our car once during a rainy day, otherwise, we were able to walk everywhere. The host was very extremely easy to deal with and we really enjoyed our stay in Ogunquit.

We stayed two nights in July. We took my parents who are turning 85 for a birthday get away. We loved the house decor, it was very clean and modern and the location was perfect. We would definitely go back again!

Clean, Great Location, Responsive Host

The house was immaculate when we arrived, the kitchen is well appointed and the beds are very comfortable. Every morning we enjoyed our coffee and tea in the enclosed front porch! Plenty of space for a family of 6 21 adults. The location can't be beat - within walking distance to everything. Communicating with Peter was smooth and easy. HIGHLY recommend!

Very cute, very convenient and well-stocked property. Great beach getaway.

The house was a great place for our family to stay. The beach, town, Ogunquit Playhouse, and Marginal Way were all in easy walking distance. The house had beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, wagon), making our walk to the beach a lot easier. It also had an outdoor shower so we could rinse the sand off before coming in the house. The beds were comfortable, and the living room was comfortable, with books and games for the family. The host, Peter, was great - we actually forgot an iPad, and he reached out right away, and made it easy for us to come back and pick it up at the end of our trip. All around a great experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent property

My friends and I, total of 5, spent two nights at Peter’s place. Communication with Peter was excellent from the moment we booked. Check in was easy and the place was clean and cozy. The best was the location. We were within walking distance to everything, including the beach. I highly recommend this place and would book again.

This great house is close to everything! The beach is a short walk. Near all the restaurants. The house is comfortable and well appointed! Book this spot, you won't be disappointed.

Location, location, location

Fantastic location to explore Ogunquit. The house was clean and comfortable, and had some kids activities which was a bonus! The kitchen supplies (knives, pots/pans, etc) are a bit older and run down, but everything else was perfect. We would definitely book this property again in a heartbeat!

This was the perfect location for our girls weekend in Ogunquit. Five adults stayed for the weekend. We could walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. House was comfortable and clean.

Great location and house!

Excellent few days in Ogunquit at Peter’s property. The house was clean and in the best location. Short walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Great outdoor area to grill and hangout and a beautiful updated kitchen. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay for Our Family

Our family of four (my husband, our two young children, and myself) stayed here for 4 days and we couldn’t have been happier with our booking! The home is in an excellent location - walking distance to downtown Ogunquit, easily walkable to the beach, a cute playground a 1/2 block away - and fully equipped with all necessities except for linens and towels (which we were aware of ahead of time). Peter, the owner, was very responsive and helpful if we had any questions. We’re already planning to stay here again next summer!

Beautiful Property in the Heart of Ogunquit

Peter maintains a beautifully renovated small cape close to everything in Ogunquit. Everything about his VRBO listing is accurate. While his booking was pricey during our summer stay, he succeeds in providing a premium experience, from the updated interior with a great space for entertaining, to extra parking, a BBQ and picnic area, a lovely enclosed porch and excellent communications. Note that the house is close to Route 1 so adjacent traffic on summer weekends is omnipresent, but it is not audible inside the house. Please also note that the one bathroom is on the second floor. Would rent again without hesitation. Thank you Peter!

Awesome home, host, and location!

This house is within walking distance to all Ogunquit has to offer! At the end of the street there is the main strip with access to all the shops and restaurants -- less than a five minute walk. It took us less than 10 minutes to walk to the beach. There is a cute public playground and basketball court on the street than our daughter really enjoyed. The house was very clean and well appointed with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. There were beach chairs, beach toys, and a beach cart in the basement that we didn't use, but they would probably be helpful for a larger family. Peter was an excellent host! He messaged me a couple of weeks before our stay to check in and see if we had any questions. Then he followed up the day before our arrival to check in again and provide us with the house code. The day of our arrival he messaged me to let me know that the house was ready before the checkin time and that we could checkin early. You can't go wrong with this home -- it's clean/well appointed, the location is perfect, and the host was great to work with! We will be staying again.
