Sea Ranch Village Shopping Center is a short drive with Publix (delivery available), CVS, First Watch restaurant, among other shopping and restaurants. With such close proximity to the beach a car is not an absolute

El Mar Association private club beach with shower and picnic area is a short distance away. Grab the beach cart and towels for a quick few blocks to the beach or if you do not feel like walking, drive your car over to the gated private beach parking lot.

Diving: Lauderdale-By-The-Sea is well known for its living coral reef located just 100 yards offshore as a top shore diving spot. The SS Copenhagen, a 19th-century British steamship that wrecked in May 1900 less than a mile offshore in 25 feet of water is also a favorite; designated by Florida as an Underwater Archaeological Preserve in 1994 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001 (The National Park Service manages the SS Copenhagen).

Lauderdale-By-The-Sea strip has restaurants along the strip and on the beach, is not far from the house, and is always an entertaining day/night out.

Fishing: Anglin’s Pier off the strip offers fishing equipment rentals and bait for sale. Always fun to take a walk on the Pier, walk along the beach, and spend the afternoon/evening at one of the restaurants on the beach or along the strip. The Pier has a nominal entrance fee.

We pride ourselves on cleanliness and make sure that on arrival you will find the house ready with all the basic supply starters. Our well appointed kitchen with wine cooler has all you need to prepare gourmet meals, bake or enjoy grilling rain or shine on our indoor or outdoor grill. The house is well stocked with house linens, beach towels, washer/dryer, beach chairs, lounge chairs, beach cart as well as a comfortable cart to pull little ones, two adult bicycles and a large screened in patio for lounging and dining.
