Jesus, the host was on top of everything that we needed from before we arrived until departure day!! The house staff and cook were phenomenal and very friendly. The pool area and bar are the most relaxing, we spent nearly all of our time there.

Awesome stay!

Loved our stay here. The location is perfect and the house has gorgeous views. There was plenty of space for 3 families and Jesus was super helpful with booking activities and meals.

Great place!

The house is beautiful and comfortable and the staff are great. The 6th bedroom near the garage has a strong mildew smell and is very loud, so we didn’t use it. Otherwise everything was lovely! Amazing pool.

Punta Mita

The staff was amazing! The neighborhood and location were great. The house is big with lot's of rooms and space. The only negative is that the house is a little dated and the toilet in the master bath was broken.

Loved this beautiful home and location in punta mitas gated community. Access to all the beach clubs included! The staff was so amazing with great meals and so helpful to every request :)

Amazing vacation, house was huge and has a great pool/common area that everyone hung out at the whole time. The concierge was super helpful in booking an extra golf cart, groceries, chef, airport shuttles etc. Def recommend!

Great stay in Punta Mita

Excellent property and well managed and maintained. Traveled to Punta Mita for a week and could not have had a better time. The "Beluga" golf cart was great but quite slow! Dining in Punta de Mita was fabulous! Will be back again. Jesus was a fantastic host.

Wonderful stay at Lagos 23

We recently returned home from a girls trip in Punta Mita. We loved everything about our stay at Lagos 23. The house is gorgeous and the community is very safe and quiet. The rooms were large and spacious. The pool was fabulous. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was perfect and exactly what we needed. Highly recommend!

Great house

The house and staff were great. It is a very spread out house which is nice with families to have some space. I would say the 6th bedroom is not usable - it’s by the garage downstairs and is not fit for guests to stay in. Luckily we didn’t need to use it. The house staff was amazing and kept the property spotless. We enjoyed our time here and would come again!

Wonderful Week in Punta Mita

Our family had a wonderful week at this property in Punta Mita. We had 11 family members with ages ranged from 6-75. The staff at the home was fantastic. The home was cleaned top to bottom everyday. We had breakfast and lunch made daily. The golf cart was in great working order. Access to the beach clubs gave us a variety for all family members. We could take the golf cart to the nearby town outside the gates to experience more shops and restaurants. Jesus the concierge was very attentive to all of our questions and needs throughout the stay. Highly recommend this home!

Spring Break 2021

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Paraiso. The staff, Nico, Josefa and Salomon, were amazing. They kept the house clean and attended to our every need. There were a couple of snafus with our meal upon arrival and transportation but that was due to the property management mistakes prior to our arrival. Once we arrived, Pedro, took great care of us. Location of the home, the pool and security are top notch. We will definitely consider this house in the future.

House worked very well for my family. The housekeeping staff were excellent. Had some problem with the responsiveness of the concierge. Groceries were not delivered until the second day.

Lagos Del Mar 23

Great house with plenty of room for two families of four. Inhouse staff was exceptional. What you want to iron out are the meals - when since it comes with breakfast and lunch - and make sure to communicate that to the house staff. Often times you won't want to come back from the beach for an early lunch, so you can have the staff prepare it for you later in the day. One complaint is the golf cart which didn't have power steering and was slow which caused us to rent another cart at $100/day. All around great property.

Concierge/Golf cart

The staff was good! The Concierge was never around I believe we saw him 3 times during our stay. The guest that used the bedroom by the garage never had hot water. We told him the first day and many times after and nothing was done. Also the golf cart is so slow all in favor of slow but it was embarrassingly slow and SO incredibly hard to turn.

Punta Mita Holiday

The property is lovely, with a nice outdoor gathering space around the beautiful pool and hot tub overlooking the bay. Sonos worked well for added enjoyment.,,iguanas wandered the lawn unperturbed by our music and conversation. The gated Punta Mita community is safe, and we ventured into the town for dinner and tacos without a concern. On property, the prices for refreshments at the beach clubs are expensive, and two of the clubs require very pricey per person minimums. The beaches are clean and beautiful. I found the golf prices exhorbitant for resort courses and decided not to play. I would rather spend the money at Pebble Beach or Bandon Dunes. And a per-person charge for hourly pickleball seemed a bit of a money grab, as did a crazy daily rate for use of the gym. So, if you plan to simply use the house this is a great location. If you want to use any of the amenities, bring your wallet. The nickle and diming (grabbing Benjamins?) for every activity was annoying.

Great spot in Punta Mita

We've been to Punta Mita several times and have stayed in various locations, but this was our first time staying in the Lagos community. We loved this area! It feels like an actual neighborhood and the homes are all very beautiful. It's also close to town if you want to pop down for groceries, etc. The house looks just like it does in the photos. It could maybe use some updating, but the spaces all worked very well for our party of 10 (age range from 8-74). The kids loved the pool and it was nice and warm every day (huge bonus as, usually, I feel like pools are kept pretty cold at rentals). We did not use Nico for food as we were at the beach all day every day, but she was in the house cleaning every day and a lovely person. The grounds guy was also super helpful. Our concierge, Jesus, was also super helpful and quick to get back to our questions. We have had MIA concierge at several of the other places we rented, so it was really a huge bonus to have a responsive concierge like Jesus. Really, the only negative thing was that the air conditioning units are old and as such, when they cycle on and off at night, it sounds like an airplane taking off and wakes you up every single time. What we ended up doing was running the air conditioning in the bedrooms at night prior to going to sleep, then turning them off and leaving the ceiling fan on during the night. This seemed to work fine. Jesus did mention they were hoping to update the air conditioning units soon, which would definitely be nice. They could also stand to update the pillows. You'll want to bring your own if you decide to rent here! :) Other than that, though, we had a really nice stay. Plenty of hot water, plenty of pans to cook with, and lots of space. We did have Hector, the chef, cook a few dinners for us and he was amazing! Definitely ask for his spicy margaritas! The golf cart that comes with the house is a giant 8-seater that gave us lots of laughs. You can definitely run faster than this thing and we were being passed up left and right. But, hey, it did provide lots of comic relief. One of the gate guards told us we looked like a trolley (it's very long) and we definitely agreed! Anyhow, you can't go wrong for the price, location, and staff. All amazing!

Lagos 23

Our family of 10 visited Punta Mita for the first time in July 2022. We found Lagos 23 and could not have been happier. The communication with Concierge was top notch- house was stocked upon arrival, Jesus was always responsive via text if we needed anything, reservations, surfboards, meal changes. The house staff was great, the chef was wonderful making daily breakfast and yummy ceviche, salsa Fresca and guacamole, and the house was always clean. The location of Lagos 23 could not have been better for us. It is a short golf cart ride to the small town where we ate most dinners. The house needs a little updating, but overall it is kept up and always clean. I think they installed a new AC unit because we never had an issue and the bedrooms were always cool. I would recommend Lagos 23!
