Sweet, clean, comfortable cabin

This cabin was straight out of a storybook! It was perfect for our stay. We felt welcomed and it had all the necessities we didn’t know we needed such as a first aid kit for our grandaughter. The beach was a perfect cozy and Nokas diner had awesome breakfast!

Stay in northern Michigan

Had a wonderful time in northern Michigan and the cabin in Topinabee was just perfect. Check in was super easy, cabin was very clean and just the perfect size and fit for our family. We traveled to several northern Michigan spots for sightseeing, fishing and swimming. Coming back to a comfortable clean cabin to finish out the day was perfect.

This place is amazing! Jill and Pete are incredible hosts. Check-in was super easy. The Cabin was beautiful. They left us wood for the fire pit and smore fixings. We had to chat with them about the grill and Jill called us immediately. The cabin is a 5min walk to the public beach and the 'Rails to Trails'. Everything in the cabin looks brand new. This place is a gem and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My family loved the place with the location in Topinabee and Mullet Lake and that it slept 8 people. Only having one bathroom is not enough for 8 people though.Would have been nice to have more seating in both living and dining rooms also.

Don’t hesitate to book!

We had an exceptional week! The cabin is beautifully decorated, super clean and cozy with very comfortable beds and furniture throughout. It was fully stocked, including many “extras” that went above and beyond. It was very clear that their main objective was that you have a beautiful stay in their home. Communication was fantastic and the neighborhood was lovely and peaceful. All pictures and descriptions in this ad are spot on. We will certainly be back and have already referred other family members.

Awesome Cabin!

We stayed here for a week for a family vacation and it was wonderful. Very cozy, clean and exceptional attention to detail. We loved the area and can't wait to come back!

Nice weekend get away

Summer in Topinabee

We certainly enjoyed our stay at the Pinecrest this July. The cabin maintains a nice temperature. Very clean and close to the library and beach. I give it a 5 star rating.

Exceeded expectations

Property was super cute. Only a block from the water and store. Fire pit was great. Cabin was nicer than the pics showed.

Better than the pictures - very clean!

Stayed with my daughters and 3 grands for a weekend and we were very happy with the accommodations. Well stocked, and easy communication. Not fancy, but very clean and everything looked to be in great shape from dishes to bedding to all the extras. The beach was a 2 minute walk and we also used the back yard for fires in the firepit. Lots to do in the area and we will be back!

Great spot!

This was by far the nicest Vrbo we have ever stayed in! Many little extras and nice touches from the host. Walking distance to the water, local market and a cute breakfast place. Just right for our family of 4. Couldn't have asked for more!

Lovely Log Cabin

We had a wonderful time here. The cabin was newly updated and extremely clean. The host was so accommodating and quickly responded with any questions we had. We explored both Indian River, Cheboygan and spent a day on Mackinac Island. Would definitely take this trip again.

Close to everything!

The home was perfect for our family of 5! Our three children enjoyed having their own space in the basement. We loved that the Tobinabee beach, dock and bike path were a very short distance from the house. We have already recommended this home to friends! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

6 yr old birthday weekend

Beautiful and clean cabin. Largest bathroom I've seen in my life haha! The personal touches that Jill and Pete added were so charming and thoughtful. We will certainly stay here again. Thank you.

Mackinaw Bridge Walk 2022.

We were so fortunate to have found Jill and Pete’s VRBO. Absolutely lovely. They were both on site when we arrived. So friendly and helpful. Fun 4th of July Week

The cabin was beautiful and we had lots of room for our family if 4. Jill was a wonderful host who was very fast to respond to my messages. We felt so welcome staying in the cabin. We loved being able to walk down to the public beach, market and to the playground at the old school house as well as many of our families homes. After our stay, Jill went out of her way to let us know we left an item behind and dropped it off at my moms who lives nearby since we had already driven down state. We greatly appreciate the thoughtfulness!

Better than the pictures!

Large living room space was great for the whole family to play games and hang out on the rainy days. The 30 minute drive to Mackinaw City was super convenient too. The hosts responded to us within 15 minutes anytime we messaged them, seemed super nice, and were understanding when we accidentally broke one of the glasses from the cupboard. The place was super clean with a fresh smell in the house like the whole place was cleaned top to bottom. The place even came with all the needed supplies for s'mores. It's hard to tell in the pictures, but the main floor of the house has 1 bedroom and the rest of the bedrooms are in the finished basement. That left tons of space on the main floor for the family to play games and eat breakfast together. If your vacation is anywhere within 30ish minutes of here (like Mackinac or Petoskey), I totally recommend this Vrbo listing. There's even a small beach a quarter mile walk away with a really gradual sloping, sandy floor great for the kids.
