Staying here is the best way to explore the Riviera Maya, above all, because of its location. Close to Playa del Carmen and Tulum (25 minutes), the area is full of cenotes and spectacular unspoiled beaches.

This beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Condo sleeps 4, located on the Bahia Principe Golf Course, with beautiful views from the balcony. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Akumal sunset.

We have furnished and equipped our condo so that you enjoy every moment of your stay. We furnish with high quality items. Bedding includes very soft sheets and soft pillows. Beautifully decorated condo with beautiful & comfortable indoor and outdoor furnishings.

King size bed, air conditioning, window blinds, ceiling fan, 43" inch TV, and ensuite bathroom stocked with towels.

GUEST BEDROOM
Queen size bed, air conditioning, window blinds, ceiling fan, and ensuite bathroom stocked with towels.

LIVING ROOM
70" inch wall mounted Smart TV with Netflix app, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. From the living room, you can directly access the lovely and screened balcony.

OPEN KITCHEN AND DINING AREA
Gather with friends or family and enjoy a great lunch or dinner. The kitchen is equipped with cookware and all that you need to prepare your favorite dish. Dining table for up to 4 guests.

OUTDOOR AREAS

All of our guests will receive our packet of information which includes info on Bahia Principe resort amenities and the fantastic local area attractions, beaches, and restaurants (including directions) so that our guest will get the very most out of their vacation. Tell us what is important to you and we will get you the information you need. Even if you are familiar with the area, there are probably still some less known but fantastic places you may not have heard of yet.

Vrbo will provide us with your contact information once a reservation is booked. Once I have your contact information, I can send you over more pictures and information on the BAHIA PRINCIPE Resort and the LOCAL AREA ATTRACTIONS.

Housekeeping Fee includes the cleaning of the unit before and after your stay. Any booking of 10 days or more includes a housekeeping service once per week.

Very nice and peaceful

We enjoyed very much. Unit is backing on very quiet, greenery site. Huge balcony we used a lot. Complex has 2 pools very close to unit . A lot options to go to beach. You can use shuttle train, bicycle or i enjoyed walk 3km. many amenities such as spa, wellness centre and gym. market with fruits and vegetables on saturdays. highly recommend.

Amazing apartment within a well kept, gated community. The host communicates well and responded to our needs promptly. It is extra clean, 2 large bedrooms, fully stacked kitchen, laundry, large balcony to enjoy the nature, or a huge tv if that's your thing. Amazing pool in the community that backs lush trees and open 24/7. It is a 4 min walk from the apartment. If you are going to book this apartment, make sure you have a rental car or the number of the local taxi. There is nothing around walking distance. $20 cabs to almost anywhere with in 5 miles. There is a golf cart every 45 min that takes you to bahai resort (10 min ride) but they stop it at 7pm so the return is almost always via cab. You can access the resort for extra daily fees between $50-100 depending on when and which resort. I recommend Tulum or Akumal. You either get a day pass 9am-6pm or evening pass 6pm-midnight. If you want to spend all day you have to get both passes which is still cheaper than staying at the resort and gives you the option to do other things other days. Akumal beach is great. Second biggest reef in the world with lots to see just by snorkeling, including turtles. Def eat fried fish! Overall, I highly recommend this condo, but you have to figure out the transportation first! Also make sure you bring drinking water with you as tap is not potable. It would be a nice touch for the host to leave couple bottles of water in the fridge for the guests for when they first arrive!
