Great house

We had a really nice time. This was our second time here and we have already reserved for next year. We had only one small problem. The string that you pull from the inside of the outdoor shower was not there. One of our ladies was rinding off from the sand and got locked inside. We really hit a laugh about that. Great house.

Oak Island Stay

We had a wonderful stay over Labor Day weekend! The house was cozy and spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend. The garage was especially nice to keep our jeep with the top off

Perfect beach trip

This house was perfect for our family. It was spacious and very clean. I loved that it was all one floor as we were traveling with my elderly father and my granddaughter who was just learning to walk. I definitely would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We truly enjoyed staying in this house on our trip to Oak Island. It was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. We loved the bag of toiletries and goodies provided to us when we got there. Communication with the owner was good, and getting access to the house was easy. I will consider staying here again on our next trip to Oak Island.

Summer Oasis

Three Seas was lovely. It was in a very central location to the entire island. Neighbors were quiet and we enjoyed the wildlife. We had an eagle there that visited twice and the home kept us nice and cool between our adventures at the beach and biking. You can’t beat this for the cost savings of not being on the beach!

Thank you, Stephanie! We’re thrilled to hear that Three Seas provided a lovely stay for you and that you enjoyed its central location on the island. It’s wonderful to know that the quiet neighborhood and wildlife, including the visiting eagle, added to your experience. We’re glad the home kept you cool between your beach and biking adventures. Your kind words about the cost savings mean a lot to us, and we’d be delighted to welcome you back for another enjoyable stay anytime!

Everything was great for what we needed for our trip. We were in and out a lot with trips to the beach and visits with family. This home met our needs perfectly. House was clean! We didn’t do much cooking in the house as we ate with family we had local. Every thing was as described. For mine and my wife’s personal taste we wished the beds and pillows were a little firmer but nothing will be as comfortable as your own bed…. There was one issue with the smoke detector going off later at night but I texted the number provided and got a pretty speedy response to handle the issue. We enjoyed this stay this time around and would book here again.I don’t have any photos from the home but will leave a few from our trip…..

Family trip to Oak Island

This home was in "like new" condition, nicely furnished and well-equipped for our family's vacation. Since there were only four of us, we had plenty of room--if there were eight adults/teens having three bedrooms/queen beds and two bathrooms might be a bit challenging =)

Great location! Beautiful and very clean house!

Had a wonderful time, but have a few recommendations- the beds need mattress pads, kitchen could use a few drying towels as well as some basic spices to get started like salt & pepper, outdoor shower needs easier access and perhaps an upgrade. Thanks!

Not without issues…

This house is exactly as pictured and the neighborhood was quiet and seemingly safe. However, the house itself was not without issues. Upon entering we were greeted by a horrible musty smell that remained throughout the trip and was impactful to the point where we decided to cut our trip short and leave a day early. Also, on our second day we found a dead water bug on the guest bath floor and noticed a series black spots on the ceiling. Visually the house looked great but we would not stay here again.

Overall Great Stay

Loved the property and loved the fact that family and friends were able to get together. The only issue I had was that when arriving the refrigerator wasn’t cold at al (freezer worked great)l, we turned the knob and tried ourselves to get it cooling but nothing worked. I emailed the email that was given to me and I didn’t hear anything back. I tried calling the number but it wouldn’t go through..could’ve been connection issues. It did end up halfway working throughout the week so we left it alone but an email back would have been great.

Very nice, clean, good location, lots of room in every room. But not having TV was not so good. Most Older people don't have access to fire tv.

Dwight, Thank you very much for your review! We value what you have to say and want to make it the most cozy home for every guest.
