The updated kitchen features counter seating, a full dining area, and a beverage cooler—perfect for entertaining! Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase stunning lake views, creating a bright and spacious feel throughout the home.

Step outside to enjoy the large backyard that leads down to the water. While there’s no beach access, you can take full advantage of the NEW dock for lake activities. Use the provided kayaks or paddleboards to explore the beauty of Elk River and the surrounding area. Please note that access to the water is by dock only—there is no walk-in beach. However, the town’s beach and marina offer convenient options, including boat rentals for exploring the Chain of Lakes.
