Pet Friendly Property Guidelines
• Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
• Pets must be on leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
• Pets must be crated / kenneled when left in the home alone
• Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
• Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket / quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
• Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and / or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

The first night was great. Lots of steps though. I got a text the next morning at 9:03 from the rental agency asking how our arrival was. I replied immediately that we love the place and it;s very clean but the outlets went out in the middle of the night iIn the bedroom I hadn’t heard back. At 12:18 I texted and asked any updates on the outlet. At 1:17 I was told where the breaker box was and to check it. I would have never found it on my own. I was able to flip the breaker and fix it.The next day at 8:18 I texted the rental agency that we did not have any hot water and that raccoons were living in the walls and woke us up. I immediately got a text asking us to check the breaker. I texted back that I had already checked the breaker and sent pictures of where the raccoons got in. We had to take cold showers. Not fun.I got a text back at 9:42 asking if it was the sinks and or the showers that didn’t have hot water. Also, they didn’t get my pics. I replied back that it was the whole place didn’t have hot water. We went hiking and emailed them the pics.We came back early afternoon. At 3:01 I texted and asked for a refund if we don’t get hot water. They immediately replied they have a plumber on call. Within 10 minutes someone showed up and fixed it. Good thing we were there. No one told us anyone was coming. We ended up with hot water and could take a warm shower. Nothing was ever done about the raccoons and they kept waking us up in the night.

Great price and location on a quiet cove. The loft is quite low and not really suitable for adults. Be prepared for a lot of stairs simply because you are on the water. Overall lovely and peaceful.

It was a great few days in this house. It was safe, clean, and exactly as promised. There was even a little gift bag with some goodies! I would recommend it for sure.

It was very clean and very cozy. We enjoyed our few days here very much. It was very close to all of the attractions of the Ozarks but still felt very secluded and quiet.

great place. exterior hillside on the side of the house was a little trashy, broken glass, not the best area to walk a dog, and walking up 60 steps each time to walk the dog in a safe area wasn't fun. etc. overall though the place and stay was great.theres some kind of sewer lid thing where parking is, its dangerous and has a loose top, it is a serious tripping hazard and very dangerous.

This was the perfect place for a quiet little getaway weekend. It was close enough to drive to things but noise off the lake was not a worry.

Great Location & Accommodations

Very cozy space, weather was a challenge during our visit so we spent a good amount of time indoors. 4 teens/adults is about all it can hold, any more than that and it would burst at the seams. Well taken care of. Great outdoor spaces.

Great location!

In a great location! Not far off the main access road and close to shopping, grocery stores and lakefront restaurants. Lake access and views were nice! House manager was very receptive to communication and responded to questions right away! We loved going to the nearby coffee shop for breakfast every morning.

Golf getaway

My brother and I were celebrating our September and October birthdays. The cabin is in a great location. Very accessible to virtually all activities. You should be aware the loft is very restricted. Beyond sleeping in the loft your options are doubling up in the queen bed or sleep on the sofa. The cabin really needs a sleeper sofa! We enjoyed our stay, just did not realize in the descriptions how limited the sleeping arrangements were. I had one question for Pam and she responded immediately. Watch your junk mail closely for the contract from LakeDays.Rentals.

Great little lake house!

We loved the house and it was perfect! The location is great and in a quiet cove. We will definitely stay again during our next visit to Lake of the Ozarks!

Beautiful home on the lake

Beautiful home inside and outside. We stayed here for New Year's with my wife and daughter. My daughter really enjoyed her personal space/room at the very top. The 2 bathrooms, 2 patios and grill came in handy. Such a peaceful getaway and a hidden gem.

Little slice of heaven.

We really lucked out with this property. We were able to book it last minute and it really delivered. It had everything we needed and plenty of room for the two of us. Having two decks was a great bonus. (It rained a couple times, and we could still be on the lower deck and stay dry.) It was super clean, had great wi-fi, plenty of towels, soaps etc. The only negative would be all the stairs to get to and from. It would not have worked out for our parents who have mobility issues. For us it was great!

Everything we were looking for!

Great location! Quiet, on the water, but only minutes from bars, restaurants and shopping. House is beautiful. Nicely updated and had all the comforts of home. We are already planning our return trip in 2024 for a longer stay!! I would suggest to anyone booking: pack in small bags and coolers. Many steps from parking slab down to the house.

Great House On The Lake

This house is perfect for a getaway weekend for four. It is in a great location down a narrow, quiet cove. Small rooms and dock, but overall good value.
