HEY STEVE THANKS FOR LEAVING AN ALL CAPS REVIEW. WE WOULD HAVE HAPPILY BROUGHT YOU NEW KNIVES AND POTS AND PANS HAD WE BEEN MADE AWARE, OF YOUR DISSATISFACTION. FOR WHAT ITS WORTH, THE 19 FAMILES THAT STAYED AT ADAGIO F201 THIS YEAR SO FAR HAVE HAD NO SUCH COMPLAINTS. (2026) IN FACT HERE'S WHAT THE GUEST WHO DEPARTED THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL HAD TO SAY ABOUT HER STAY: " I found everything leading up to the stay smooth and seamless. When we arrived we felt the condo looked the way we saw it on the listing. It was big and it felt that way on the listing. The pool and beach were great! The front office rents golf carts so we rented those for a few days and that was awesome! We will definitely be staying here every year. It felt like it was our home away from home!" Date of arrival - June 29, 2026 (can be viewed on VRBO) THE GUEST WHO CHECKED IN IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOU SAID : "Thank you so much, we had an amazing trip and would love to stay longer!" THE CURRENT GUEST IS HAVING A GREAT TIME AS WELL. SO STEVE, I'M SORRY WE LET YOU DOWN, BUT EVERYONE ELSE SEEMS TO LOVE THIS PLACE EXCEPT YOU! WE WISH YOU ALL THE BEST! (P.S. - your caps lock is on) Radiant Resort Properties
