We are very transparent in our contract and communication that anything beyond that 60-day mark has no flexibility, so all of our guests are fully prepared. Unfortunately, this is not a change that we can approve for our guests. Just as you have a binding contract with us, we also have a binding contract with the owners of each home that does not allow us to make changes beyond that 60-day mark. Our team will always go above and beyond where we are permitted, but the existing contracts tie our hands for cancellations and changes. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience.
