Hi John, Thank you for the review. I hope your vacation was great for you and your family. This unit is a spacious and beautiful condo for big groups and families with location to Vail Village. There are a bit of stairs as there are at many of these condos sitting on the mountain side of beautiful Vail. Please let me know if there is something I can do to help in the future. Cheers, Brian

Thanks for the review. We are so glad you had an amazing experience with us. We look forward to seeing you in the future! :) -Erika

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent stay at our property. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the four flights of stairs to access the unit. We understand that it can be challenging when carrying a lot of luggage, and is helpful information for future guests. Regarding the dish soap, we apologize for the oversight. We provide a box of standard supplies which includes dish soap. Please always call us if you didn't receive it and we would be happy to drop some off. Your feedback is important to us as we continuously strive to improve our services and enhance the overall guest experience. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

HI, Thank you for your review. The condo is a great condo, with great amenities, in a great location. Unfortunately, there are a few stairs like many of these condo buildings on the hillsides in Vail. I am extremely sorry that it was not communicated clearly. I will make sure it is communicated more clearly in the listing. Cheers, Brian

Thank you for your detailed review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the location, layout, and amenities like the spa and sauna, and that the space worked well for your group. The views really are something special, and we’re happy you were able to take that in. We’re very sorry for the issues you experienced with the sauna access and the freezer. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially with young children and planning meals at the home. We appreciate your patience and your feedback, and we are following up to ensure these items are addressed for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us—we’re glad you had an overall enjoyable visit and appreciate you sharing your experience.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the spacious layout, ample closet space, and well-stocked kitchen. It’s great to know you were able to make good use of the grill as well, and that the easy walk over the bridge to Lionshead made getting around so convenient. We’re glad you had such a great stay and hope to welcome you back again soon!
