Great trip

I would recommend eating at the Shack and walking to the inlet!!! It was amazing! The place was clean, so cute and comfortable and so convient!!!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Loved our stay here! The beach is literally a skip across the road - how convenient! There are lovely views on both sides of the property. The home is also clean and welcoming! This is a well thought-out space that includes fresh towels, comfy bedding, beach towels, family games and an amazing coffee bar! We enjoyed our stay and encourage you to book for your next beach experience :)

Great stay overall, with just a few “wish I’d known” notes for future guests.The coffee bar looked promising in the listing, but the reality was Hazelnut syrup and pods with flavors bold enough to qualify as a personality. The vanilla and caramel syrups pictured were nowhere in sight—either not standard or lovingly adopted by the guests before us.A quick tip: pack a dish cloth or sponge unless you plan to send every dish through the dishwasher and call it a day. And while you’re at it, toss a few sturdy trash bags into your suitcase—the ones provided aren’t exactly built for heavy lifting.If you’re traveling with kids, you’ll appreciate the beach‑toy treasure trove tucked in the closet to the left of the back door. We even added a few extras to keep the good vibes going.Now, the steps…they’re no joke. If you’re out of shape, they will absolutely humble you. Ask me how I know.And the TVs? They have a certain “classic charm,” meaning they respond at the pace of a thoughtful philosopher. They do work, but only after a dramatic pause that feels like they’re gathering their thoughts.

Great weekend beach trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved all the personal touches the owners had in their condo. The furniture was cozy and the coffee bar was really nice. Loved sitting on balacony watching the waves with our coffee in the mornings. The ocean was just steps away. This condo had everything you could possibly need and more. Would definitely stay again.

Birthday trip

My boyfriend & I rented this property for my birthday weekend. The property is exactly as described. The view from the balcony & from the front door were spectacular. High tide hideaway is like a home away from home with all the things you would ever need. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Amanda & Brian for making our stay so wonderful.

One of the best places to stay in Cherry Grove Beach.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The attention to detail the owners have put into their place is incredible. It truly felt like home away from home. The views are equally as amazing. We loved that you have water views on both sides of the condo. The area is quant and quiet, perfect for those looking for a relaxing beach getaway. They had all the amenities we could need - even beach chairs, beach tots and beach towels for us to use! This is the best place we have stayed in Cherry Grove and we will definitely be back! Thanks again for your hospitality!!

My kids’ first trip to the beach!

This trip was a first for my three young children. My wife and I wanted a beach vacation for our family and this place was great! It’s clean, inviting and has some nice amenities that really make it feel like a home away from home. It was nice being able to enjoy the local restaurants but also cook some meals ourselves. The area is so nice and there is plenty to see and do nearby. If you’re looking for a laid back beach vacation, I highly recommend High Tide Hideaway!

Wonderful condo and great location

Our family had a wonderful stay at Amanda & Brian’s condo. The location is great, close to the action but away from the crowds and traffic. A grocery store is close-by offering everything you need for a short term stay. In addition, the condo is well appointed and thoughtful for guests (including those staying with children). The beach towels, chairs and cooler are convenient too! I’d recommend you map by the condo by the address AND name as we took a bit of a detour from the original address provided in the welcome email. It was a minor hiccup and certainly not indicative of the thoughtful planning they’ve put into their investment in your vacation. We highly recommend Amanda and Brian’s condo for those wanting a relaxing vacation with a great breach and ideal location. You will enjoy their hospitality!

Beautiful Condo/Great location

I was very pleased with the condo. From the decor to having all the supplies we needed. The ice maker was a nice touch as well! The beds were all comfortable. Kids loved having their own room. Great water pressure in the bathrooms! We also loved the keyless entry! We didn’t utilize the pool but I watched the staff keep the area organized and they cleaned every morning. It was in a nice location and there is a security guy that walked the complex all evening. Felt very safe! The beach was just a couple minute walk with a nice walkway and shower to hose off afterwards. The pier was shut down for repair but we had a good time fishing in the evenings from shore! All around a great place for families. I would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this condo for the weekend! There were no notable issues with the property, and everything was great. The location is perfect for easy Beach access, restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely consider staying at this property again in the future!

Normally we prefer to stay ocean side, but we had to make a last minute plan due to other reservations being canceled on us. We were pleasantly surprised at this unit. Had great views of the ocean from the balcony and even the bedroom window. Hosts were amazing to deal with as the check in/out process was simple plus they reached out multiple times to ensure everything was ok. Could not have asked for a better host.
