Hi Danni, we appreciate you sharing your thoughts about your recent stay. Your feedback is essential to us, and we've relayed your comments to the homeowner, who would like to address the following: - We appreciate your valuable feedback on your recent stay, and we're delighted that you found our property's location easy to find, the fully-equipped kitchen, the efficient air conditioner, and the affordability. Your positive feedback on these aspects is appreciated. - We apologize for any inconvenience during your stay. The pool is cleaned professionally on a regular schedule and we haven't received complaints of this before from any other owners/guests. - The doorknob on our manual lock has been tightened, and we've addressed cleanliness with our team to prevent future issues. In addition, the filter has been cleaned in the past three months, and the exterior grates have also been cleared of lint. We provide five sleeping pillows for your comfort. - We understand your concerns about communication and the lack of response to your emails. We improved our communication channels by adding our direct phone number. - We will be laminating the Welcome packet/instructions so that it's readily available to our guests. It includes the location of the trash dumpster and pool. - Lastly, we apologize for any inconvenience regarding your husband's lost hat. We made every effort to locate it, but were unfortunately unsuccessful in finding it. Thank you for considering giving us another try. We value your feedback and are committed to making the necessary improvements to provide a more enjoyable stay in the future.
