Occupancy

Maximum occupancy: 6 guests

Occupancy includes adults, children, and infants.

Maximum occupancy is determined by City of Key Colony Beach regulations (2 guests per bedroom plus 2 additional guests).

Age Requirement

The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older.

The booking guest must remain at the property for the entire stay.

Minimum Stay

7-night minimum stay (No exceptions)

Pet Policy

This home is dog-friendly.

Maximum of two dogs.

Dogs must be approved prior to booking.

Breed restrictions may apply due to insurance requirements.

Pet fees are based on the dog's breed, size, and number of dogs.

Pet fees are added after booking and are non-refundable.

Cats and other animals are not permitted.

Failure to disclose a dog may result in additional charges of up to $500 and immediate eviction without refund.

Dockage & Trailer Parking

40 feet of private dockage is included.

Please verify your boat size with the property manager before booking.

All boat trailers must be stored at the Key Colony Beach Trailer Storage Facility. Daily storage fees apply.
