Thank you for your feedback and review. Never once did anyone from our team say it was "not our problem". When you contacted us about the issues you were having, we told you that the pool was heated, the heater had been on since early October and is about 85+ degrees everyday, the saunas were both working (per the office) and the indoor hot tub was out of order at this time and the association was trying to find the right parts for it. As for the beds, you stated that you did not like the beds, and we apologized that they did not fit your needs, and explained that the furniture provided is the decision of each individual owner as this is not a hotel. Unfortunately mattresses are something that everyone has different opinions on and it is hard to meet everyone's personal needs. The mattresses are not lumpy whatsoever- we inspected them once you checked out to make sure they were not lumpy or broken- and we found no issues. No excuses were told, all we did was share the information and facts we have with you.

As we discussed with you, there are hundreds of families that vacation at this complex year round, and for us personally, there have been no issues in the past with any of our guests as they all follow the rules of the community that are provided to them in the welcome book and before check in. We tell each of our guests before check in that the association has cameras at all of the amenities, (the pools, billiards room, etc). Unfortunately, the association had to remind your family and extended family, (that were in two other condos as well), of the rules that were provided to you, as they were not being followed by the children in your party, but mostly the adults in your party. The manager of the community gave you all multiple warnings and reminders, and you all continued to not follow their rules (no rough housing at the pools, no running around the pools, no loud music/glass at the pools, and no cursing or being explicitly rude to the association managers or employees). You were then asked to leave, and we were unable to intervene after things were pushed too far between you all and the association. As for this particular condo, you never made us aware of any of these issues, including one of your guests getting injured. If the cleaning was not up to our standard we would have sent the cleaners back out immediately, and pest control for any bugs- if we would have been made aware during your stay and not weeks after. We had inspected the unit right before you checked in and found none of those issues, but we apologize and wish we would have heard this comment when you had checked in. Unfortunately you and your group will not be allowed back to the Yacht Club again due to the association rules that were completely disregarded.

Thank you for your 5 star review and feedback! We love to hear how much you enjoyed this comfortable and clean waterfront condo, it's awesome amenities, and the proximity to the beach and things to do. We hope to host you again soon for more Madeira Beach memories and fun!
