Madeira Beach Waterfront Paradise

Watch the dolphins play from this beautifully updated 3 bedroom 2 bath ground floor waterfront unit in a gated community! Master bedroom has a king sized bed and water views! Second bedroom has a queen sized bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. It sleeps 6 comfortably, and 8 with pull-out sofa sleeper in living area. There is a large waterfront enclosed back porch with a grill outside.

Swim in the 2 community pools and enjoy the sun in the chaise lounges. Catch your own fish from the 3 private community fishing piers right here! The common area has a billiards room with 2 pool tables, an impressive gym, men's and women's separate saunas with changing/shower rooms, and there is also an indoor hot tub!

Madeira Beach Yacht Club is a gated community with security cameras throughout the entire complex for our safety. It is on the water and only a short 7 minute walk to the beach to watch the gorgeous sunsets. Or walk to bars - The Saltwater Hippie Beach Bar - The Daiquiri Deck - Don the Beachcomber - Ember Rooftop Bar-Cambria. The ROC Park is next door with a ball field, tennis courts, and basketball. A short 2 mile drive to the famous John's Pass Village for fishing charters, motor sports, shopping, Bubba Gump's, Hooters, Overhead Surf Shop and so much more!

Archibald Beach Park is 0.3 miles away and is only a 7 minute walk to the beach, 1 minute by car. Grocery store is 0.2 miles away, a 4 minute walk or a 1 minute drive.

Please respect our home just as you would respect your home. Excessive noise or rowdy complaints from owners will possibly require removal without a refund by condo association.

Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will be honored ONLY with any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age.

Sorry, no pets allowed. Owners are highly allergic.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING!! You will be charged $500.00 for smoking odor in the unit.

Family Vacation 2024

We had a great stay , the condo is beautifully updated, spacious , clean and the beds are comfy. It has a beautiful L shaped screen porch with table chairs, patio seating and tv . An extra space for the kids to watch their shows and play board games. The location is amazing with the 2 pools, hot tub, work out room in complex , the beach and all the stores across the street for your essential needs for your stay. Our Hosts John and Gina were very responsive and helpful with any questions or needs we had. I have rented a few of the condos in the Madeira Beach yacht club through the years , this one has everything we could ask for. Thanks again John and Gina for a beautiful place to spend with my family!

Wonderful condo near the beach!

This was a very modern, clean, air conditioned place that was a 12 minute walk to a beautiful white sand beach park. It was more than adequate for me and my friends. The owners were very accommodating and nice, and met us upon arrival to check us in. It was well-stocked with many towels, nice cocktail and wine glasses, dishes, spices, Keurig maker, dishwasher, stove and oven, kitchen utensils, a bbq grill, and beach equipment. There's ample storage and closet space, 5 tvs, 3 bedrooms, two nice bathrooms, and wifi. It is a 10 minute walk to a Winn Dixie and CVS and some restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend it. We would gladly return.

Love this condo and community!

Pure perfection!! The condo was amazing, stocked, and we were soooo comfortable! The community is on the Intracoastal and is gated. We felt very secure. The upstairs neighbor resident is so friendly and we enjoyed hanging out together. Will definitely return to this relaxing and beautiful condo!

Perfect Fall Vacation

Enjoyed the condo very much. The wrap around screened porch provided a lot of extra space for the two preteen children. With Fall the sun hours are shortened for beach activities. Having pools available for swimming and access to the docks on the bay for fishing and enjoying cocktails was an absolute plus.

Great condo

Nice comfortable vacation stay

Easy to work with. Clean, comfortable & well rounded condo. Close to the beach & water but secure & safely behind gated community. Very pleased with our week & vacation. The whole family enjoyed!

Relaxing Family Vacation

Property was just as described on listing and photos shown. Condo unit was conveniently located close to the pool. Chris was very quick to respond with our requests we had and was very accommodating and made sure we had everything needed to ensure a relaxing vacation. Plenty of chairs, umbrellas and other beach toys for the family to enjoy. Very well equipped unit.

Great host and amazing home

We absolutely loved the condo, the location and the hosts/owners. There are restaurants, shopping, and the beach within a few minutes walk. We will definitely stay again.

Excellent answer to Hurricane Ian!

Our trip to Ft Myers was suddenly canceled due to the destruction caused by Ian. We scrambled to find a new option and found this property just two weeks before our trip was scheduled and it couldn’t have turned out better! Chris and Missy are the best and the unit was the nicest and most well appointed. Lots of stocked paper and laundry goods and very convenient to everything up and down to St Pete and Indian Rocks.

Wonderful Week with teens and tweens

Missy and Chris were wonderful. Beautiful place that had everything we needed. It was super clean and very convenient to everything. Had a little trouble with flights being canceled and they were so gracious to let us book an extra night. Thank you guys for everything. We will be back!

Great location

Clean and comfortable with all the comforts of home. 8 min walk to beach; close to grocery store and great local dinning. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We cocked and grilled a few night and enjoyed using the very clean pools!

Just okay.

This property was okay. The owner was great to work with and very understanding! The worst things about the condo were the bugs in the kitchen, mold in the 2nd bathroom shower, broken fan, dirt and grime on the porch, POT SMOKING, pool rules for the kids, etc....

Girls Trip!

This was a perfect place for a girls get away! The property was exactly what we were looking for! It was a close walk to beach and restaurants. Plenty to do for everyone (yes we had two 18yr olds and a 14yr old.) Chris and Missy were easy to work with and even had our rental ready early. Thank you!

Lovely beach getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful 3 bedroom condo! Quiet location within walking distance to Winn Dixie, CVS and multiple restaurants and bars. Our favorite part was starting each day with a walk on Madeira Beach - a 5 minute walk from the condo! Chris & Missy were excellent to deal with and available if we had any concerns. Would recommend this condo to anyone traveling to the Madeira Beach area.

Madeira Beach 2022

We enjoyed our visit at beautiful Madeira Beach! The accommodations at the yacht club were perfect for our party of 4 adults and one 1 1/2 year old. Everyone was comfortable and we spent lots of time on the screened in area watching boats come in and out….even a few dolphins! The unit is right across the parking lot from one of the pools which was super for us! The ROC park was also a plus for traveling with children. Chris met us and took us through the unit and was available if we needed anything. Comfortable beds, plenty of bath towels, essentials to get started made for a stress free stay! We were all very happy and can’t wait to return.

A Home Away from Home

My husband and I have been coming to the Madeira Beach area for the past several years and our 3 month stay at this condo in the Yacht Club was perfect! Chris and Missy were the best landlords! They were welcoming ,very friendly and responsive to all requests. They obviously care about their guests and their comfort.. The condo was immaculate, very comfortable, tastefully decorated, high end kitchen appliances and cookware and very comfortable bedding! The area offers plenty of options for dining, entertainment , leisure activities and is only a few minutes walk to the beach! To add to these options, Chris owns and operates Local Island Tours, a fun and relaxing way to view the area from the water on a gorgeous pontoon boat! We took 3 tours, an afternoon tour, a sunset tour with an amazing sunset and an early morning, almost sunrise tour and we saw plenty of dolphin on each trip! We highly recommend at least one of these tours during a stay here in Mad Beach! We have made two, new good friends in Missy and Chris and we will definitely be back to stay in this condo, our new home away from home!

Wonderful Condo

We had a late flight in to the Tampa area and Chris met us at the condo around 10pm to check us in. The pictures are just how the condo looks. The kitchen had all the utensils and cookware that you would need. It was nice to have starters of paper towels, toilet paper and laundry/dish soap pods/dish soap to get started. The beds were very comfortable!! I got some of my best sleep at the condo! Very relaxing. One of the pools was conveniently located right across the street and area was very clean and met our needs. There is a Winn Dixie and CVS very close by. We cooked a lot at the condo and used the gas grill to grill out and it was very nice as well. Chris and Missy was very accommodating and easy to work with. We even got to stay a little longer on Sat since we had a late flight out of Tampa and next guest was not arriving that day. Thank you for a relaxing, fun week at your condo.

Beautiful condo overall; great location to the beach and restaurants

This property was beautifully decorated, updated, and furnished with everything you could think of needing. They provide a starter of all soaps and paper needs. We saw a handful of other condos in this gated community and this particular definitely stands out from the others. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels and linens, and clean throughout. Owners were very accommodating to work with. Best part is that’s they personally check you in! A No leaving a key at the office or code. They come and welcome you! We had a wonderful visit!

Wonderful condo!!

This condo has everything you need or want. It is beautifully organized and decorated with all new appliances and utensils. I read an earlier review about the grill, but we found it in very clean conditions. It’s close to what you want and it’s far enough to get a good night’s sleep. I highly reccomend and will be using it in the future for the next Madeira trip.

Very nice relaxing place!

Very nice place - pool is very close and the beach was a short walk or very short drive to carry everything. There were also super convenient chair and umbrella rentals if you don’t want to carry. There were several areas to explore closely as well. All in all, a great relaxing vacation for us.
