🚗 GUEST ACCESS, PARKING & DRIVEWAY



The entire cabin is yours, excluding one small locked owner’s closet.



Parking is available for up to four vehicles. The final approach and driveway are paved but steep and narrow, with limited turnaround space. Trailers and motorcycles are not recommended. AWD or 4WD is strongly recommended during wet, icy, or snowy conditions, and arriving during daylight is best.

For the safety of our guests and the protection of the property, the cabin is equipped with **exterior security cameras** that monitor entry points only, as well as **noise decibel monitors** to help ensure a quiet, respectful environment for everyone in the community.

🚗 How steep is the driveway? Can I bring a trailer or motorcycle?



The cabin is in the mountains, so the driveway is steep but well-paved and maintained. It comfortably fits up to four vehicles.

Most guests have no trouble, but AWD or 4WD is recommended in wet or snowy conditions (especially October–May).

If you’re not comfortable with steep, narrow, or curving mountain roads, this may not be the right fit. Trailers and motorcycles are not advised due to limited turnaround space.

The property is located on HOA-maintained roads that are routinely serviced and easy to traverse year-round. In winter months, conditions can vary — please drive cautiously and consider travel insurance (see below).

Our cleaners follow strict procedures and send time-stamped photos after every turnover.

Cell service can be spotty in the mountains; we recommend enabling Wi-Fi Calling before you arrive and downloading offline maps just in case.

🧻 What supplies are provided?



Fresh bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels, and hand soap are provided. We also provide a limited starter supply consisting of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, one kitchen trash bag, one dishwasher detergent pod, and dishwashing liquid.



Starter supplies are provided as an arrival convenience and are not intended to last throughout the entire stay. Larger groups and guests staying more than a night or two should plan to bring or purchase additional paper products, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent, coffee, toiletries, and other consumable supplies.

🚽 What kind of plumbing system does the cabin use?



We’re on a septic system, so only toilet paper should be flushed. Please dispose of other items in the trash to avoid costly damage.

🧾 RENTAL AGREEMENT



The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, remain at the property throughout the reservation, and sign the rental agreement within 24 hours of booking.



Key terms include a maximum occupancy of 12 guests; no pets, smoking, vaping, hookah, parties, or events; check-in after 4:00 p.m.; and checkout by 10:00 a.m. Exterior cameras monitor entry areas only, and noise monitors measure decibel levels without recording conversations.



Unauthorized pets or smoking may result in a $500 charge, extraordinary cleaning is charged at $75 per hour, and unauthorized late checkout is charged at $25 per 15 minutes. The cancellation policy displayed at checkout on the applicable booking platform controls.
