The dining area offers the perfect setting to enjoy meals while taking in stunning views of the marina. Bedroom 3, located on this level, is furnished with a queen bed and provides easy access to a full bathroom. A spacious balcony off the living room offers a peaceful retreat to savor your morning coffee or evening cocktails, with scenic views of the community, marina, and beautiful sunsets.
3rd Level of the Home:
On the third level, the master suite features a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. Step out onto the private balcony for breathtaking views of the marina. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.
