Location location location

Enjoy your own private end unit one bedroom one bathroom condo on the beach. Watch the sun sink into the gulf from your balcony. You can’t get any closer than this. Perfect for a romantic couples getaway whether it be a honeymoon anniversary or just a trip to the beach for some rest and relaxation. We have the sleeper sofa in the living room which is great for a kid or two if you have little ones that will be joining you. You are visiting Anna Maria for the beach so you might as well be on the beach and not several blocks away with a few busy streets to cross.

Contactless entry as the front door has a code that we will give you the night before you arrive. We change the code often.

You will get your own designated parking spot for your stay. Once there the car isn’t even necessary unless you plan to go off Anna Maria Island. There is a convenient stop across the street for the free trolley that runs from 6 am to 10 pm all day with stops every 20 minutes.

Only a 5 minute walk south to historic bridge street with its fishing pier shops restaurants bars and putt putt course. Publix is 2 miles north to stock the fridge when you arrive.

We provide fresh linens and bath towels for each guest. Along with starter amounts of coffee for the Keurig, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, hand sanitizer, and bar soap. Coin laundry is on site if needed.

Free high speed Wi-Fi as well as cable tv on the pair of smart tvs. One in the living room of 50 inches and a 32 inch smart tv in the bedroom. The living room tv has a dvd player with a handful of dvds to choose from. Just use the Westinghouse remote to change the input on the tv to use the dvd player.

We also provide beach accessories like an umbrella, noodles, and a bocce ball set. There are white loungers for the building as soon as you get on the beach. Feel free to move them to the spot in the sand you would like. Just return them back to where they go when you are done with them for the day. And if it’s a rare cool time of year in southwest Florida the hot tub on the ground level is a great change of pace.

Great location. This condo is very close to the beach, it is not offset to the water as many others are.

Very good accommodations, fantastic location on the beach, and close to much of the Anna Maria Island action. Also included all our needs for both the kitchen and the beach.

Trouble in paradise

The property location was superb. We enjoyed the crystal gulf water and stunning sunsets. The apartment was an adequate size and just as pictured. Imagine our dismay when we went to bed and both of us rolled to the middle of the obviously old mattress. I would have given this stay a much higher rating if we were able to sleep at night. My husband ended up sleeping on the couch and that wasn't better. Other obvious maintenance issues were mold around the tub. How difficult is it to clean that and recaulk? The eight holes by the toilet paper hole were a sign of neglect. If there is just one person sleeping in the bed I guess it would work. Otherwise, beware.

Best beach house on the whole island!

2nd time staying at this house, best one on the island! Ease of booking 4 nights with flexibility, amenities galore in every drawer, and my favorite location to be steps away from everything. Get ready for front row seats to the best sunsets :)

We are originally from Ohio but moved to Florida about10 years ago. We have been married since 2017. We have one child together, our son in the picture. We bought the beach condo in 2021 as it had been a dream of ours for several years to do. We self manage the condo and do our best to accommodate all reasonable requests.

Anna Maria Island is paradise. What makes our place great is the location. You are on the beach. Many places on the island are great but you still have to cross a busy street or walk a few blocks to get to the beach. With us you are there. Just unpack and relax.
