We absolutely love this condo! The location was perfect, a short bike ride to Seaside which we did every morning! The beach views were incredible and your steps away from the beach. The condo was nicely updated and well stocked for our family of four. We will be back!

The property was good. The only issue we had was that the elevator did not work the entire time we were there. I did report it three times. But we made it some how even with older parents and a handicapped brother. Other than that it was wonderful!

We are glad that you enjoyed Sago Sands overall and that your stay was wonderful despite the challenges. We sincerely apologize that the elevator was unavailable throughout your visit, especially given the needs of your older parents and handicapped brother. We understand how important that amenity was to your group and regret that, despite multiple reports, we were unable to restore service during your stay. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we are pleased to hear that the home still provided an enjoyable experience overall. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back for an even better stay in the future.

Great stay on 30A

We loved everything about this property! Super easy checkin and the location was awesome. Right on the beach with perfect view of the water. The low density building made for an uncrowded beach experience which was exactly what we wanted! We will definitely look to stay at Sago Sands agsin.

Best beach vacation

Condo was perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of room. Location was perfect. Beach sunsets were breathtaking. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. Bed’s were comfy. Communication with owners was excellent. Dishwasher ended up having a minor issue and they were there in 30 min to fix. Would 100% stay here again.

A Little Disappointed

This was a nice property but needs some improvements. Things we found and reported were filthy floors, roaches, and the ice maker didn't work. The management company placed roach baits, cleaned the floors, and tried twice to fix the ice maker but were unsuccessful. They did provide ice upon request except our final day when we asked for ice, but they didn't show up. We called back and were told they were getting ready to leave for the day and we could buy ice and submit the receipt for reimbursement. This was quite an inconvenience. We found the 3 bikes which we had paid for as part of the rental were rusted up and one had flat tires. All of these things should have been addressed prior to our arrival especially considering the amount we paid to stay there. Other suggestions are better window coverings in the front bedroom to block the outside building lighting. Another towel rack in that room's bathroom. There is a hook over the door but when anything is hung on it, the door won't close properly. Rugs on both sides of the bed to wipe your feet before getting into bed would be nice. Several blankets in a basket in the family room badly need laundering. The door on the dispenser of the dishwasher doesn't open during the cycle which caused us to rerun the load and manually open the dispenser during the wash. A non-slip surface and a grab bar in the master shower would be wise. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped except lacking a pitcher. Improvements needed.
