In the heart of Playa Guiones north, Casa Encanto is 500 meters from the best sand surfing beach, and the perfect location for someone who likes to be close to the beach, the vibe, the stores, and incredible restaurants while still having privacy and seclusion. This property backs up to a lush "Green Zone" jungle so the howler monkeys and tropical birds delight from up in the trees. The long driveway, plus gated and fenced retreat is the perfect reprieve from the action in town, but within easy walking access to everything the town has to offer. This truly is one of the best locations in all of Guinones

The property manager is available daily from 7am to 8pm and 8pm - 7am only for emergencies (Please call if its an emergency). This listing comes with a mid-week cleaning, and complimentary guest services and concierge services from Vacation Nosara.
