Welcome to this beautifully decorated ground floor coastal condo that is conveniently located just along Florida’s Emerald Coast and Scenic Highway 30A. It features all the amenities of home with a beautiful setting for your next vacation or just a relaxing getaway. It is perfectly situated on the West end of Historic Highway 30A and just off of US 98, you'll find the world’s most beautiful sugar white-sand beaches and Gulf of Mexico waters with only a short drive or bike ride just minutes away!


OUR CONDO:
Located in the back of a quiet condo community just off the west end of Florida’s scenic highway 30A with the allure of emerald Gulf coast waters and white sandy beaches just minutes away along with walking and hiking trails throughout. This is a ground floor unit with no stairs next to the community pool including a furnished patio that faces the preserve where you can catch a glimpse of nature while enjoying your morning coffee.

Destin Family Vacay

The condo was beautiful very well equipped and right beside of the pool. The beach was farther from the condo than I anticipated. We had to drive to the beaches every day, but other than that our stay was wonderful. We would highly recommend if you don't mind driving to beach.

Fantastic Spring Break

We spent a week at this condo for spring break with our children. Everything was immaculate. All the details big and small made it feel luxurious. The location was perfect and we enjoyed getting a day pass at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park… a true hidden gem for someone who enjoys a more private beach experience.

The condo was perfection! Mrs. Tara was quick to respond prior to our visit. Nothing out of place nor did we have a need for anything because it was there! Soaps, towels appliances and house needs— we will be back!!!

We loved our stay at this condo! It is just up the road from a beach entry point, which couldn't be more beautiful. The condo came with everything we needed. The bikes were a wonderful addition, allowing us to explore quite a bit of the little town. The condo village is very low key and well maintained. We will for sure book this condo in our next trip to this area! P.S. the hosts were easy to communicate with and extremely thorough!

Winter break

We stayed at Kara’s Condo in Santa Rosa Beach, this was our second visit to the area , the condo was great ,well stocked with everything we needed, clean and comfortable, lots of accessibility to the local restaurants and close to the grocery stores, the beach is a short drive away, the owner was very receptive, she checked in with us to make sure everything was good,! That was a first for us and much appreciated! We would not hesitate to stay here again, Thanks Kara , stay warm 😊

Great condo

We liked the condo very much! Stocked well enough to cook. The 2 bathrooms were handy, as well as the washer and dryer. Our only complaint was the front neighbors who constantly smoked weed on their patio. We had 3 little kids with us. I know that it is legal, and as adults, we walk right past it, but the kids, wow! This is not the owners fault at all! She has a lovely condo!

Winter getaway

The buildings are poorly constructed. We were on the lower level and we could hear everything from the upper level. This was a very big disappointment. I dusted the rooms because there was dust on all fixtures. The refrigerator must of had a quarter inch of dust on it. Kitchen was fully stocked with many great amenities. They advertised barbecue grills. They had them but dirty and I do not prefer using charcoal. We would not stay here again.

Outstanding place to stay at. Really enjoyed Tara's place and the location. Great bed, shower, amenities, pool, communication. We wouldn't think twice in returning. Beach sand is amazing. Water is turquoise in color. Great places to eat. Excellent bike trail. I dare you to do 18 miles on the trail and 18 miles back. You will need to stop at the food truck park which is awesome.

We have been vacationing in the Florida Panhandle for the past 30 years and stayed on 30A and fell in love with the area. We have stayed from Pensacola to Navarre Beach to Fort Walton to Destin and love the Emerald Coast but fell in love with the 30A corridor.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

Our condo backs up to the State preserve with peaceful walking trails and is within 3/4 mile from the beach. Topsail Hill State Park is also less than a mile from the condo and we love visiting not only for the beautiful beach, but the many trails to explore.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

It is a ground floor unit in the rear portion of a very peaceful family friendly condo complex. Our back patio area is just wonderful and gives us a peaceful unique view.
