Laid-back island living awaits at your South Seas Towers condo overlooking Tigertail Beach. Less than a mile from local shopping and dining, this Gulf-view gem in Seaview Tower 3 also features an on-site pool, tennis courts, direct beach access, and other fun amenities. Recent renovations include new floors, a new kitchen, new baths (toilet, sink vanity, and shower), new paint, new doors, and new furniture!

Bright and inviting, this condo boasts upgraded amenities and accents designed for modern guest comfort. Enjoy pool and Gulf views from the sweeping, private balcony. The full kitchen comes well-appointed with a suite of stainless steel appliances, cookware, and utensils for meal-planning convenience. The adjacent dining table offers seating for the entire group. After the day's adventures, unwind in the living room with shows and movies on the smart TV.

Both bedrooms feature direct balcony access and each comes equipped with TVs for added convenience. The primary suite includes an attached bathroom.

Best Vrbo/rental experience ever!

We absolutely loved this condo, to the point we discussed wanting to buy it if it ever went on sale! Before arriving we were told all about checking in, where to pick up the keys, house rules, etc. We picked up our keys from a storage unit a few mins away and got a parking pass at the main office of the condo unit. The unit itself is absolutely beautiful. The living space has the most wonderful layout and beautifully decorated, it opens up to a large balcony with gorgeous views of Tigertail beach and the gulf. The kitchen has an open lay one and well stocked. Both bathrooms and bedrooms are beautifully decorated and also have gorgeous views of the water. There are towels, kitchen appliances, and even a pack and play available! There’s also a shared washer and dryer available to use on the floor. We really enjoyed Marco’s island but this condo confirmed for us that we would love to come back year after year. So if you’re ever interested in selling, keep us in mind!

Beautiful time in Marco Island

Recently renovated property. Very nicely done. We enjoyed the balcony, the closeness of all the amenities, the beach and pool. Only wished they had better pillows and grab bars in the showers.

Wonderful Marco beachside stay

Really enjoyed this property. We have stayed in a number of units in the South Seas towers 3 & 4, and this is our favorite to date. The balcony setup was great and got plenty of use during our stay and evenings as we enjoyed the sunsets.

Amazing Location!

The condo is newly renovated and is absolutely beautiful! It was in a prime location—walking distance to the beach and a view of the ocean. The only flaw was that we had to pick up the keys in a storage unit that was hard to find and locate. Plus, the storage units are not open 24/7, so that can put you in a bind if you have a super late or early morning flight. I would contact the staff ahead of time to make sure that you can get the keys when you will need them. There were a few little things, like a closet door was off the track and there was a missing sham to the master bed. But those were minor things that we were able to figure out. There are beach toys, a cart to roll things out to the beach, a small cooler, and an umbrella, which was super helpful! We had a blissful trip and loved this condo overall! So I will still give it a 5 star rating :)

Security nightmare

We spent the first 36 hours trying to figure the keys and punch codes for access. We arrived on Sat and had to wait till Mon for the office to open until then had to ask other guests how to access areas. The security guards were somewhat rude! Condo was in need of upgrading but we found it very clean.

Very spacious, fully equipped. Balcony was great. Not happy that the listing stated that the property had hot tub. It’s not there. They need to remove it from the listing. Should be a better way to access key.

Marco vacation

Very nice unit, well stocked kitchen, great views. Entire 4 building complex well kept, nice beach and nice pools. Easy to get to great restaurants.

Amazing stay with beautiful sunset views

We loved our stay here on Marco island. The sunset views were unbelievable from the balcony. We made dinner and ate from the balcony very often because of the amazing views. We also enjoyed all the amenities the complex offered like the gym, tennis/pickle courts, and pool. The place is nice and secure which was important to us with the security gate. Can’t wait to come again!!

Amazing ocean front property with sunset views!!

We had an amazing vacation at this great property!! The views from the balcony are so incredible, we had sunset views every night. The unit was well stocked with necessities. We chose to make some meals there as well as enjoy some dinners at local tiki bars and restaurants. The property also had a gym and pool that we got to take advantage of. It was super helpful that the unit had a closet stocked with beach things too like beach chairs, a beach wagon, and cooler so we loaded our wagon and went off to enjoy the beach. They also had tennis rackets/balls, paddle stuff to use the nearby courts. It was a well secured place so we felt very safe. We can’t wait to return in the future!
