Virkelig speciel strand condo! Utrolig high-end renovering, ekspansiv udsigt over stranden, vægge i vinduer, accentvæg med 55 "4K HD Smart TV og moderne pejs, og alle nye apparater og møbler vil byde dig velkommen til South Seas Tower 3, enhed 906.

Udvendige faciliteter inkluderer tennis, pickle bold, shuffleboard, bocce ball og putting green. Gratis udstyr leveres gratis. Først til mølle. Udlejning af bådslip er tilgængelig.

Beautiful view of the beach! Condo was well furnished and was stocked with everything we needed for a week long stay. The host provided great restaurant recommendations. The check in and property instructions were detailed so we knew what to do and where to find everything we needed while on the property. I would definitely stay here again on a trip to Marco Island.

Yeah it’s a beautiful beach Condo. But the price was too high. But the view was excellent. I love Marco Island though. So we highly recommend this place. The A/C went out on us but the owner got it fixed fast. The Condo was equipped of everything that you need.

Beautiful views of both the ocean and island. The condo was very clean, plenty of room with everything you need. Plenty of beach amenities I mean I can’t say enough. Very happy with our stay.

Excellent communication and welcome instructions. Condo is super clean and has everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen had nice pans and appliances. Beautiful view and a huge balcony. Easy access to pool, beach and parking. A wonderful getaway and would highly recommend. The Naples Botanical Gardens are incredible and worth the short drive. Thanks for a memorable visit.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful beachfront tower. Well supplied, we felt at home our entire time. Great pool to go along with the beach. So many great places to eat nearby, we'll be back for sure. Perfect location for a small family or two couples because of the two separate suites. Appreciate the owners and their communication. Best ever VRBO experience

Amazing views, very comfortable stay

Loved the room, we were there during off season so at night it was super quiet. The walk to the beach is a bit too long if you have younger kids. It's about 15 minutes from the room to the water. Convenient location, lots of restaurants nearby, very beachy! Would love to stay in the room again. Lynn was amazing, extremely responsive, would definitely book one of her properties again.

Great Stay!

Our family of four had a great stay!!! The condo was the best unit we have stayed at. The overall experience was fantastic from the views to the comfortable feel the updates to the unit, made it an absolute pleasure to spend our spring break trip at. The condo building itself provided a much more quiet experience which we were looking for compared to hotels previously stayed at on the island. We would definitely look to stay again in the future.

This unit was great. We have stayed in these condos for over a decade and we know what we want. The description, accommodations, process was all very easy. I like being able to just communicate with the owner directly via text. So much easier, she was very responsive and that is very much appreciated. End units have such better views, always love that. The kitchen was very well equipped. This can be hit or miss when renting units, and she nailed it. Exactly what was needed and really nice. Mattresses can also be hit or miss, these beds were great. Check in process on this unit I really liked! First time we get the keys on site instead of offsite. Love it! We would recommend this unit and rent it ourselves again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful views

The views from the condo were amazing of both the beach and the city. The walk to the beach is about a 5 minute walk but the sand is pretty packed down so the walk wasn’t bad. I willDefinitely rent this condo again when we return to Marco island and highly recommend this place. Both bedrooms were both king size beds which was a bonus.

Wonderful Spring Break trip!

Our family had an amazing stay during Spring Break 2025, the property has amazing views and a very well-appointed kitchen! My teens (ages 13 & 16) loved the beach and all of the amenities the complex has to offer - a great pool, pickleball, tennis, etc.I also enjoyed how clean and quiet everything was. Location is fabulous for shelling also!! We would love to visit again!

Loved it!

Fantastic property. Just as pictured inside and out. On the beach, with great views from the balcony. Pool was so refreshing. And at this time of year (mid-May) it wasn’t over-crowded. Would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional View

The views of the beach are amazing on this corner unit. The unit itself was updated and very well kept. Our family enjoyed the ease of getting to the beach and the overall security at the building and the property. We would stay in this unit again.

Beautiful Marco getaway

Wonderful rental on Marco Island! Condo is very clean, well appointed, and has beautiful views. Walking distance to restaurants. Beach view is great - although it’s a little walk to the water (very deep beach), it’s beautiful white sand, and not as crowded as other parts of Marco. Updated condo makes it a great place to stay - very comfortable, modern and relaxing! Owner is very good to communicate with on any items - pleasant and timely! Highly recommend!

As shown, very well stocked and updated.

Property was exactly as it’s represented in the photos. Very spacious for a condo on the beach along with being clean and updated. The check in process is a bit cumbersome so just know that ahead of time. As others have noted, it’s also a hike to the beach from the condo. But, the views are great and the location on the island can’t be beat. Great shelling in both directions from this condo as well and the pool was also nice. Owners were very responsive as well.

Marco Island Condo

We had the pleasure of staying in this truly beautiful condo for a week. The owners did a complete renovation and the decorating right down to the tile in the bathrooms is lovely. We chose this unit because it has two master bedrooms & bathrooms which worked out very well for our group. The kitchen was adequately stocked for the amount of cooking we did. The best part of the condo was the awesome exterior balcony which was huge as it wrapped around the corner of the building while overlooking the beautiful white sandy beach. I give the condo 5 stars across the board!
