The Space:
Sunrise Terrace is a Four bedroom two-bath two-story structure. It has 2,604 sf of living area. Guests must park in the designated parking area. There is parking for 4 vehicles. This home features a beautiful deck with ample sitting, resting, and ocean watching. There is a large heat pump supplying both heating and air conditioning when needed.

Other Things to Note:
Internet/Cell Phone Coverage/Utilities WiFi is usually reliable, but may be impacted by coastal weather. Most cell providers have strong reception, but occasional service interruptions can occur due to the remote location.

There was a leak in the master bathroom under the sink. The tub in the master bathroom had a leak under it 2 years ago when we were there. The tub has not been fixed and is almost dangerous to use since there is a huge hump in the middle of the tub, causing you to slide around. The upstairs powder room bath electrical outlet doesn't work. The downstairs bathroom insert was not well installed and doesn't really fit. The shower curtain rod is not well attached and can fall down when you open the curtain. All toilet seats are in poor condition and aren't tight so they slide around whenever you use them...all bathrooms. The floors upstairs and downstairs were dirty when we arrived. The downstairs bedroom linens were covered in dog hair and didn't feel like they had been cleaned in a long time. Both of the recliners in the living room weren't working correctly. One of them doesn't even sit up all the way and one of our kids fell backwards and nearly hit their heads on the floor. The living room setup is not conducive to seating more than 2 people to watch TV. Not great since you can sleep 8 people in the house. Simple rearrangement of the furniture and fixing the furniture would fix this issue. We love the location and view of this property, but without basic maintenance or cleanliness we will probably not be staying here again. It is disappointing.

We had a great time and the view was very nice. We enjoyed watching the boats head out in the morning. There were deer in the yard every morning as well.Very thankful for being able to stay in the house. Way better than a motel.We had a lovely time.

Beautiful location, only fair accommodations

Nice house with plenty of room but the amenities were lacking: BBQ with 2 empty gas tanks, fire table with empty gas tank and rusted so you can't change it. The outside garbage can was already full when we arrived so we left bags on the ground outside. Only one tiny roll of paper towels for 5 people cooking daily for a week and down to the last TP roll at the end. Dishes are a mish mash of stuff of thrift store quality, the lovely (truly lovely) downstairs patio has a couch that's falling apart, stained rugs and furniture throughout. Primary bathroom sinks and tub were very slow draining, no laundry detergent. I get that you're trying to sell it but minimal maintenance is in order for a VRBO as well as showing for sale. But, great view and lots of room.

Great View-A Few Kitchen Updates & Maintenance Needed

The cleaning crew did a great job preparing for our stay in a few short hours. The view from the deck and kitchen are amazing. The property needs a bit of care: washing machine gasket is mildewed, deep tub in master bath can't really be used because it doesn't plug well or get enough hot water in order to take a true bath, the kitchen china dishes are a lovely color but badly chipped, and a few items needed for baking and cleaning up in the kitchen (like measuring cups, a bigger cutting board, kitchen wash cloths, and a supplementary roll or two of paper towels). We were grateful there was a fireplace when the power went out with the wind one evening. The dining table chairs and one of the living room recliners are not very stable, so be careful how you sit. The sofa bed would open, but not close back up again and no sheets were provided, so we bought some at a thrift store and left them at the house. We needed a separate bed for our teen son since all the other kiddos are girls!

Spacious House

House was big we had plenty of room beautiful views .Everyroom has a sliding door to go outside . Great time with family . Definitely would stay here again. Easy to contact owner.

Spacious and bright

Just wrapped up a lovely 4 night stay in this beautiful and spacious home. Looks ordinary from the outside, but all updated and roomy inside. Comfortable living room furniture, and beds. We really enjoyed the large open and well stocked kitchen for cooking many of meals. The large front deck was lovely to enjoy expansive water views for morning coffee and happy hour. Having the fully fenced in backyard area and deck, for our dog was just perfect. A few minor issues. There is a large dining set on the deck, but no comfortable relaxing chairs, like down below. We brought our own. Also, if you like to read in bed, there are no bedside table lamps in bedrooms. It really is a comfortable and beautiful home, quiet neighborhood and close to everything you need. I would definitely stay again.

Nice spot but needs some work

This is overall a nice house. - Communication through VRBO app did not work. - The bedroom description was not accurate. The bedroom that was supposed to have two twin beds had a queen bed, and that made one person sleep on a sofa. - The sofa bed in one of the bedrooms is broken and that made the second person sleep on a sofa. Now we have two people sleeping on sofas - No response from management company to a question about towels. - Thermostat control for master bathroom difficult to use. - Trip hazard between the master bedroom in the carpet is pulled up the - The fire pit on the deck does not work - The lamp in the bedroom with the sofa bed is broken. Needs to be repaired or replaced. - The door to bedroom on the first floor of the small bedroom must be pushed hard pressure to get to close or open - There is only one light on one side of the bed in the bedroom in the basement with the queen bed. - Refrigerator needs cleaning smells very fishy

Great stay

We had a great stay here. It was a group of 6. Rooms and space to spread out for all of us. We loved the ping pong table. Everything was clean and well appointed. We would stay here again.

Beach getaway’s

Communication with property manager was very good. The property is nice saw deer grazing outside, very much enjoyed our stay. It was clean and cozy , fuzzy blankets were provided, small book collection was appreciated. The kitchen is a little lacking in cookware, but that’s my only negative observation. Very nice place, thanks for a lovely stay.

Spectacular Views

The property exceeded expectations. The ocean views were amazing and we loved opening the sliding door and hearing the waves. Great location. Convenient to everything. Wish we could have stayed longer.
