Welcome to your stylish home away from home — a beautifully remodeled modern farmhouse nestled in the vibrant Denver Heights neighborhood. Just minutes from Downtown, the Alamodome, and iconic attractions like the Alamo, this centrally located gem offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. After a day of exploring San Antonio’s rich history and culture, unwind by the cozy indoor fireplace and enjoy the warmth and charm of this thoughtfully designed space.

The space
The space can comfortably fit up to 8 people, has two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and very fast wifi (~350mbps). There is also a spacious backyard great for entertaining around the fire pit!

Guest access
The entire home plus amenities are included in the rental. Easy access with keyless entry. Check in info will be sent to you via message with door code a day before arrival and check out info will be sent to you a day before you leave.

Pets are allowed - $100/per stay and if the cleaners have to do extra cleaning after your stay due to your pet (hair, not picking up after your pet, etc..), there may be extra charges.

Cute home. Neighborhood was terrible, and both my guest and I were afraid for not only our possessions but also our personal safety. Told all of this to the host within the first few hours of check-in but didn’t matter, they charged me full price for the 4 night visit even though I didn’t stay one single night. Instead I stayed in a motel all week down the street. Maybe I should have done a Google street view of the property to know how the neighborhood around it looks.

This home was wonderful! It had so many items in the kitchen, a large backyard and I loved the fireplace in the master! I used it every night!!

The Modern Farmhouse is just as advertised, maybe even a little nicer than the photos indicate. Beds were very comfortable and the house was spotless. The location couldn't be more central to all things San Antonio, though folks who feel unsafe in the kind of neighborhood where people work on cars in their driveway may want to look elsewhere. We had no issues, though, and enjoyed finding local little hole-in-the-wall places to eat. Kristina the host was great and responded immediately to messages.

The house inside was comfortable but the area was horrible. It was the only decent house on the block the rest looked like shacks :( No grass. And the outside wasn’t used, very dirty.

A little Disappointed

The inside of the house was pretty and clean, coffee maker did not work took 2 hours to get coffee made, no bags in room and bathroom trash cans, the outside of the house looked abandoned! Grass was so long that I got grass stains on my shoes from a stepping in it. With the heat there could have been small animals there, and the front of the house had sand probably from an old storm. Neighborhood is so scary at night. Yes it’s closed to the river walk but not a good neighborhood! I wouldn’t recommended staying here!

Fantastic Farmhouse

My 10 year old said the house was his dream house! Exactly as advertised inside with all the amenities you could ask for and close to downtown. Would definitely stay again!

BMT Graduation

We came for graduation and it was a great space to relax plus close to Riverwalk - Downtown. House on the inside is just like the photos. Just beware of the tarantulas. As a florida girl this was my first experience.

Centrally located farmhouse

We were extremely happy with the stay. Everything was clean and to our liking. We were especially grateful for the washing machine and dryer. The backyard wasn't what we expected but we weren't really there long enough to use it. I would definitely stay here again. Kristina was a great host and very communicative

Didn’t stay

We rented this property almost a year in advance communication with the owner was great. We arrived the outside could use some curb appeal and cleaning. The interior was very clean, beautiful decor really nicely renovated. After only being in the house 10 minutes someone came to the front door and left a note trying to collect a debt. This made us very uncomfortable as did the neighborhood. I reached out to the owner who replied quickly that nothing like this had ever happened before. We made the decision NOT to stay on this property due to having a small child and concern for our safety. I informed the owner we were not staying.

Nearby Frost Center for Stock Show & Rodeo - Cleaning and Foundation Work Needed

The beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect for our visit to the Frost Center for the Stock Show and Rodeo, just 10 minutes away. The neighborhood is in transition, with some properties in good condition and others in poor shape. The host was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early after our long travel day.However, there were some issues: the fireplace is in the master bedroom, not the living room as expected. The smart thermostat had no instructions, making it difficult to adjust. Some furniture, including chairs in the master bedroom and a shredded pouf in the living room, needs repair. A group of chickens, including noisy roosters, roams the area and starts around 4 a.m.The property wasn’t very clean. We found a dirty wash rag in the bathroom, dusty ceiling fans, expired food in the spice rack, and dishes needing washing. The dishwasher was broken, with a dislodged spray arm, and it emitted an unpleasant smell, suggesting it hadn’t been used recently.The flooring had serious issues, with uneven surfaces and soft spots, including loose tiles and cracks in the master bathroom shower. Overall, while the location and host were great, the property’s maintenance and cleanliness need significant improvement.

Great stay

Had all I needed for a great stay!! Lots of cooking and relaxing. Had a few issues with neighbors but nothing that the owners could help. They got in a fight and random homeless would dig through our trash cans. But i never felt unsafe. House had all we needed for a short stay. neededneeded for a

Clean and Cute

The neighborhood is in transition and we were a little concerned when we pulled in the driveway. However, the house decor and amenities are great and had everything we needed. It’s an older house and is a bit drafty, but we also stayed during freak winter weather that isn’t typical. The location is so close to downtown and only 20 minutes from Lackland AFB if you are coming to town for BMT graduation events. The owner was very communicative the before and during the trip. Overall, we would recommend.

We chose Denver Heights because of all the character it has and it is a super close drive to all the main attractions in San Antonio. It is a diverse, evolving neighborhood where locals and new businesses are coming together to create a safe, unique, & welcoming community so that being said there are a mix of new developments and older homes, it may not be for everyone so do your research before but we love it! You’ll see a real slice of San Antonio here — full of culture, history, and charm — with very easy access to downtown hotspots just minutes away.
