The space was good, and location great, beds comfortable. I would say the cleanliness needs some work. Both floors and furniture seemed dirty. I did not feel unsafe here and the area was nice, but also felt like the front door, even when locked, could have been pushed open by leaning hard on it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Greg. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location, found the beds comfortable, and felt safe in the area. We’re very sorry to hear that the cleanliness did not meet expectations. That’s not the standard we strive for, and we wish you had reached out during your stay to address it as soon as possible. We will be addressing both items with our cleaning and maintenance teams right away to ensure they are properly resolved and checked. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we value your stay and honest feedback.

Mulberry House

Everything was great. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Would stay their again. We were not aware there was a no pet policy which kept our daughter's family from staying with us. One suggestion would be to remove the excess slats from the blinds so that the blinds could be raised and lowered easier.
