Been coming to Sea Pines on and off for 40 years and this by far was one of nicest places I have stayed. Great central location in Sea Pines. Villa was immaculate and had great amenities. Beverly provided our family with nice treats, all the necessities and little touches to make the stay even more enjoyable. Able to communicate with her office easily if needed. Overall a great place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Sea Pines.

Beautiful unit with a terrific location, close to everything in Sea Pines via trolley. The unit was very well updated as well. I would definitely come back.

Gorgeous townhome with great view of Harbour Town GC!

We loved staying at this townhome which was beautiful and fully equipped with everything we needed. The back deck with the view of the golf course was great for grilling and eating outside. The neighborhood was quiet and the pool is just a few steps away from the front door.

Top notch property and rental agency.

We have stayed in many VRBO properties and this was by far the best outfitted across all things possible. Great property manager, coffee on the deck watching the end of the second hole was a delight. We would book this unit every year.

Comfy, cute & Perfect location

Stayed here for a family trip for golf, beach, biking & pickleball. Perfect location near the second green of HarborTown Golf Links. We biked everywhere -lighthouse marina, beach, shops, restaurants, golf courses. Seapines shops right around the corner for coffee. This place is decorated & stocked perfectly. Plenty of deck space to watch golfers, grill out etc…pool right across the street.

Immaculate, newly renovated, beautifully decorated

Every detail was perfect. The Best Nest crew is amazing, friendly, and provided great information throughout our stay. The condo is absolutely gorgeous and looks brand new. The location is on the famed Harbour Town Golf Links on a quiet street just a block away from Sea Pines Center which has a free trolley to the beach. The neighborhood pool was pristine, and we met fun and welcoming property owners every time we went for a swim. I can’t recommend this property enough!

Rented large and small rentals and we agree that this was most reflective of pictures and description. Highly recommend. Great service by management. Our only suggestion is to bring sleep mask for guest rooms as window shades are for privacy not light. And master bed is comfortable but sounds like you are rolling over on a flotation device .. a little squeaky! But other than that beach chairs in good decision and great location!

Family Vacation

The home was beautiful and designed with attention to detail for a family of guests. The home was fully stocked with everything you would need and more. Location was perfect to the shops, golf, and beach! We rented bikes which made it very convenient to get around Sea Pines. The host was responsive and quick to resolve concerns regarding delayed trash pick up and a maintenance issue. After a long commute, we wished that the key pickup could have been at the property itself rather than an office. Neighborhood was friendly, but locals have dogs off leash and aren’t as diligent to clean up. Overall, our family had a great time and we look forward to returning to this location someday! Thank you!

Had everything we needed and more. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with all new items. Supplies like trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper etc all provided. Customer service 5 star as well. Will use BESTNEST in the future I just wish they operated countrywide!

Highly Recommend

This condo is awesome. It has obviously been recently remodeled and no cost was spared in the furnishings or design. The location is great and is walkable to Harbour Town, the beach club, horse stables, bike rentals and restaurants. The view of the golf course is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked and we really appreciated that they provided conveniences like zip locks, paper towels and toilet paper, detergent, etc. There is a regular drip coffee pot as well as a kuerig. No need to bring shower toiletries because they provide full size bottles of Dove soap, shampoo, and conditioner! My only complaint would be that they either need a new or larger hot water heater as the water wouldn’t stay hot if 2 showers were going at once.

The unit was perfect for our stay — clean, comfortable, and in an ideal location. Everything about the experience was easy, from check-in to communication, and the setup made it simple to relax and enjoy our time together.The location really couldn’t be better. It’s a quick bike ride to Harbour Town and just a short trip to The Beach Club, so it’s easy to enjoy both without ever feeling rushed. The area around the property is peaceful but close to all the best parts of Sea Pines, which made it a great fit for both quiet family time and fun outings.The team at Best Nest was also fantastic — friendly, responsive, and helpful from start to finish. They made the whole process seamless, which made our stay feel even more carefree.Overall, this was such a great find. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay in Hilton Head. It really made our weekend special, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Exceptional Stay

We could walk to the Shoppes at Sea Pines Center to pick up our bikes, visit the lovely shops for coffee and dinner anytime (excellent options!). There was a farmers market and art show event during the week of our stay and we loved them. You can also jump on the Trolley from the Shoppes area, so very convenient if you need to take several items to the beach. The bike ride to the beach is about 15 minutes. We were very satisfied with the quality of the renovated living spaces which were lovely and fully stocked for our stay! One recommendation would be to be sure and plan for running box fans in the upstairs of the home for the duration of a stay during the summer. The air conditioning was not able to make those living spaces comfortable otherwise. Truly a wonderful visit!
