Welcome to this beautiful Villa located in the gated Shipyard community of Hilton Head Island! Spend your next vacation at this 2 -level condo overlooking the 7th fairway of the Brigantine golf course.

The well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, Keurig and drip coffee pots, and a table and chair that seats 4. The dining room has a spacious table that seats 6. The living room features two full size sofas (one reclines) and one love seat, with 50"flat screen TV. Four TVs in the villa have the ability to stream cable channels, including the Spectrum Sports Tier.

Washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen. The first floor has one queen bedroom with en suite bathroom that doubles as a half bath during the day. Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a tray ceiling, king bed, and beautiful golf course view. The spacious attached primary bath has a double-sink vanity, a skylight above the marble shower, and a large walk-in closet. The second upstairs bedroom has a king bed, two twin beds, and a private bath with shower/tub combo. The bedrooms feature new Beauty rest hybrid mattresses. Hoses are conveniently located in front and back for easy cleanup of sandy feet and beach gear.

The home was lovely and had all a family of 6 could need. It was spacious, clean and close to the beach. Having a communal pool to use also helped!

We decided to book a last minute trip, and were lucky to find a place this nice to stay at on Memorial Day Weekend! The house was spotless, there were items to help get us going (beach towels, dish soap, coffee, etc.). We love staying in Shipyard and this was an easy 10 minute bike to the beach, and also 10 minute bike from Coligny. The pool and tennis/pickle ball courts was a 2 minute walk. Perfect location and spotless, would highly recommend!

Golf weekend

Property was great and pictures were a good representation. We had 7 guys that stayed here for a weekend golf trip and it suited us great. Highly recommend!

Fun Week!

We had a fun family beach week and the accommodations were just as advertised. Excellent location, clean, and the owners were so responsive and helpful. We enjoyed cooking out and eating in as well as being close to our favorite places to eat out. We would stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality!

Great Property and Amazing Property Management Company to work with!

The property was large and had nice updated bathrooms and kitchen area. It was clean and had luggage racks which was nice to have. TV's in every room was a plus! We enjoyed our stay and the best part is the amazing rental company. The communication and hospitality was above par! We will 100% be back to rent from you again!

Great updated house, great location

We had a great stay at this house! Check in easy! Loved the Xplore options to add activities/bikes. We had two bikes for our stay through Xplore. The villa was comfortable and well appointed, nice beds, room for everyone. About a 15 walk to Shipyard beach, we rented beach chairs/umbrella for the stay (definitely do that!) 5 minute bike ride to beach but also parking for shipyard guests (make sure you have the red stamp).We will come back again….thanks!

Wonderful villa in Shipyard

Our family had a great long weekend stay in this lovely villa. We had everything we needed from coffee filters to beach towels. I loved the special touches of the motioned activated night lights!! Being in a strange location and moving around at night, this was such an unexpected added feature! Loved them so much I went out and bought some for my home! Great parking right out front! Plenty of seating for our whole family in the living room to watch a show on Netflix! Overall great place that we would surely rent again!

Great spot, but trip cut short

We booked 4 nights but only stayed for one. There was an issue with the hot water heater, so we had to move to another property. But this unit was excellently appointed, recently updated, and well stocked. Property management was very communicative and rallied quickly to get us to a new location. We wished we could have stayed in this one.

Beautiful villa

After an incredibly disappointing experience at another property, finding this home was an absolute blessing. From the moment we walked in, we could see the difference. The home was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and exactly as pictured. Every room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, allowing us to immediately relax and enjoy our vacation. The owners were absolutely wonderful—kind, responsive, compassionate, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay. Their hospitality turned what had started as a very stressful vacation into one we were finally able to enjoy. We cannot thank them enough for opening their beautiful home to us on such short notice. If you're looking for a clean, welcoming, and well-cared-for place to stay with owners who truly value their guests, look no further.
