Super comfortable accommodations in the center of Portsmouth, which was perfect for all the wedding venues that I attended. The icing on the cake was the funky and eclectic decor; it put a smile on my face every time I walked in the door!

The Loft was fantastic. Awesome location in the heart of Portsmouth’s historic harbor area. Incredible views from the third floor fire escape balcony. Check in was easy.

Great Portsmouth Getaway

This loft is in the best location if you are looking for a weekend away in Portsmouth. We parked in the garage and never needed our car. The loft is clean and spacious. Even though it’s in the heart of the city it was quiet and relaxing.

Cool, funky vibe in Downtown Portsmouth

The hosts and their rental were superb. Everything was even better then described and they checked on us to make sure we had a wonderful time, which we sure did!

Perfect Portsmouth loft!

This loft is exactly as nice as it looks in the pics. Enjoyed coffee on the terrace! Has all the accoutrements you need for a multi-day stay and the location is ideal for walking all around Portsmouth! Highly recommend!

Amazing place in Portsmouth!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying here for a few days while visiting family. Even though the photos and description were accurate, we were blown away by the ambience when we walked in. Fun and interesting details everywhere and very comfortable. You could not ask for a better more central location. We will be back again and again!

Fun apartment

We had a great time staying here for my mom's 60th birthday. The apartment is well laid out and organized. It had everything we needed. Neil was communicative and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

Great Experience

Great loft in a prime location! Close to restaurants and shops. Our host was very gracious and answered all our questions promptly. We highly recommend! You will definitely get your steps in with it being a 3rd floor walk-up

Great Birthday Weekend!

Planned a surprise Portsmouth weekend for husband's birthday. The loft was historic and quirky and very comfortable and he loved the eclectic vibe. Street noise negligible, everything easy walking. Morning sun on deck with coffee fantastic. Highly recommend the Market Street Loft!

Highly Recommend!!

Market St Loft has to be one of the best places to stay in downtown Portsmouth. It is clean, large and full of beautiful fun finishes and art. This loft is in a super convenient location. It is in walking distance to almost anything you would want to do. We parked in the free lot down the street and enjoyed shopping, museums and many wonderful restaurants. The coffee shop two doors down has delicious coffee and breakfast sandwiches or you can cook your breakfast in the well stocked kitchen at the loft. The owners are great and answer any questions you may have immediately. Try it out!

Great getaway

Fantastic accommodations! Clean, well appointed, and location was amazing. Everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay was there, and the vinyl record collection and vintage player was an additional and unexpected dimension to our stay. The owners were very responsive to communication and accessing the unit was a breeze! The only drawback, and it’s the price of such a great location, was parking was a few minutes walk from the loft. Not a big deal, given the balance of the setting! We will certainly want to come back again at some point!

The decor was 1970's very cool.. everything you can imagine was available board games, electronic games all circa 1970's. did not like the stairs to many stairs!

Neil is responsive. Area is gret. Loft is more spacious than pictures give it credit. There are STAIRS.... know that beforehand. But a loft in Portsmouth on Market street is totally worth it!Thank you Neil.. especially for the key mishap! We will be back!Mike

Perfect location

Great space ( bigger than it looks in pics), great location(many food and shopping options steps away), and probably the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. Super easy check in and no problems communicating with owner. Would love to stay here again.

The Loft is unique and right downtown. It has wide pine floors, exposed brick, walk-out deck, lofted ceilings, open space and no other residential neighbors! Being a few steps away to coffee shops, restaurants, shops and more, it makes for a great central hub to explore all that Portsmouth has to offer.
